I came to this firm completely clueless and fearful of the process of gaining custody and child support. I met with Brittany Favazza and she was able to put me at ease, thoroughly explaining everything to me and answering all of the questions I had. This continued throughout our whole case, with Brittany promptly answering phone calls and emails. I appreciate that Brittany is so friendly and personable, but in court is very passionate and aggressive about getting her clients the result they're looking for. I am so pleased with the outcome of my case and so thankful to this firm, especially Brittany.

I worked with both Brittany and Jennifer for my custody case and I couldn’t be happier. The entire office staff is very nice. Brittany is extremely kind and was very helpful to me throughout my case. She put a lot of effort into my case and was there for me every step of the way. Jennifer is very kind as well and they are both very strong and get the job done in court. I actually ended up getting sole custody in a state where many were telling me that probably wouldn’t happen (including my old lawyer that I had started out with for the case but then left to use Jennifer Hammonds office). I highly recommend this law firm to anyone.
We were represented by David Foxx and were very pleased

Brittany Favazza represented me in a family court case. She is kind and helpful during the meetings, but very smart and strong in court. I couldn't be happier with the entire team in Jennifer Hammond's office and the outcome that I received in court. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking help with divorce, custody, and child support.

I used Jennifer Hammond for rental agreements with my tenants and for help with an eviction. She was nothing but friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be using her for all my legal matters in the future!

Very happy working with this team of lawyers! They have represented me in two cases now and each time I was very pleased with their services. All my questions were answered and I felt comfortable moving forward.

The Law Offices of Jennifer L. Hammond has represented my business entities and myself for over 8 years. I have worked with all of the attorneys at this firm and could not be happier with the service, communication, and results. They have set up multiple corporations for me when I have needed them ready to go within a short amount of time. I have also used this law firm when I had to sue a subcontractor for breach of contract and failure to complete work. I could tell that the attorney, Nate, that took my case, put the time in preparation in order to ensure that we would win the claim. He came to the courtroom knowing the details that we had discussed. When it was time to file new paperwork to try to collect the judgement, the law firm would always do so on the first available date and were eventually able to garnish money out of the crooked contractors bank account. I recommend calling this law firm pertaining to any legal situations that you have. I have sent many new clients their way and always hear positive feedback from them.

David Foxx was my attorney for my divorce and custody case. Even my ex-husband, who I was divorcing, agreed with my opinion that he was a poor lawyer. I feel he failed miserably in and out of court. I wanted him to address some very serious concerns of mine in court, and in my opinion, he completely butchered it.
It seemed like he was very good at running up the bill though and kept running through my $3,000 containers in a matter of days. I don't have the final tally in front of me, but in a few short weeks, the the cost leading up to and including one hearing was in the neighborhood of $15,000, and we'd gone through some 2 or 3 retainers before the hearing had even started.
I think the thing that I disliked the most, was that whenever I asked for legal advice, I felt that he would, in a very long winded double speak, advise me to proceed in two opposing directions, so that when his advice failed, he could deflect culpability. Because it seemed to take him so long to answer a question, it always made any "quick question" phone calls very expensive. I also felt that he was also very argumentative and disrespectful.
I fired him before the divorce ended, but because it takes a few weeks for the courts to officially have him removed from the case, he was sure to keep billing me despite my requests. I felt trapped...like I had to keep feeding him retainers because the hearing was looming and I was without representation and had no time to switch to a different lawyer.
Lastly, I didn't feel like he cared about me, my case, or my children.
