Worse experience ever, I have been in and out of the hospital since July 2, 2015. Ms. Pate is a truly passionate, compassionate & dedicated attorney. Look no further. From our initial phone consult through my wife's hearing, Ms Pate was and is a phenomenal attorney. Simply put, a Godsend. Thank you Ms. Pate. From the bottom of our hearts. You have changed our lives!!!

Mrs. Pate and staff handled my case from the initial claim to the favorable approval. Mrs. Pate personally explained every step of the process and duration for each step. Mrs. Pate and staff kept me informed, answered all of my questions with compassion and professionalism. This process was extremely challenging for me before I got Disability Associates on my team, and I don’t just say Tracey because her entire team was amazing. I had been rejected on my own after two attempts. I had my age and education level going against me, however as myself and Tracey both agreed none of that matters when you can’t physically work and 8 hour day. I am a single parent with many complications in my life. I was strong and cared for not only myself and my child but I was the strength and backbone of my immediate family. I also worked supervising and encouraging a team of at least 20 people, and without any notice my world was turned upside down and inside out, when I went for a “routine” surgery that I should’ve recovered from and returned to work in 6 weeks. If anyone needs someone who actually cares in their darkest hours, Tracey is the one I recommend. This has been an ongoing case for three years, transferred from a different state. Not only did she join me in this journey, but she also provided every documentation I would need, answered hundreds of emails of questions, answered phone calls, put up with unwilling to work doctors. She went above and beyond even in court to make sure I was alright. I may be young, but I've never had someone show such sympathy, such compassion towards their clients. I've been around the block, gone through attorney after attorney, I had pretty much given up, but not with Tracey. Even when I was on the verge of a mental breakdown from the stress, she calmly guided me and explained things. Her secretary is also someone to mention and thank.
