I will preface this in stating that this is a factual review and was of my own personal experience. Your experience could differ. This review is protected under the first amendment free speech act.

I called and they answered very promptly which was nice. I had asked if their office does pro-bono work and she simply said "no". I asked if she could give a recommendation and she again said simply "no, I'm not giving a recommendation". I had called a couple lawyers before her and they had at least mentioned the Lancaster Bar Association. I could understand not recommending another lawyer for guilty by association type issues but referring me to the Association which is not a lawyer but rather an entity has me scratching my head. I know you wont make any money off of me because you simply don't offer pro-bono work but please be kind and courteous and offer help where you can.
