Allyson Golscher is spectacular! Absolutely phenomenal! My first time ever going thru a divorce. From day one of calling her and speaking with her about my divorce, to the first consultation, everything else in between, and getting the divorce finalized. She was nothing but professional, as well as kind and caring. She explained everything to me thoroughly. If I needed anything, she was always able to get back to me in a timely manner with an answer. Working with Allyson was an absolute pleasure. Allyson is very caring and understanding. She is super efficient and gets the job done. She actually genuinely cares about her clients. She is organized and really took her time to explain to me how we were moving forward in detail. She made me feel comfortable and at ease in a very stressful time.

This office is by far thee worst experience ever!! They are unorganized, ignorant and by far unprofessional. I reached out to this office for family issues and nothing worked in my favor at all! I even had arguments with this lady for her wrong doings in which she tried to blame me for!!! She was paid $3,000 and she used over $2,300 of that and we NEVER EVEN SEEN A COURT ROOM!!! I never received a bill from her stating why I even had to pay her that amount!!! Even after making a settlement that I wasn't happy with, I had to do the leg work with family court to make sure they had the settlement documents because they never received anything stating that we came to a agreement!! I would recommend this office to my worst enemy!

Allyson is one of the best. She picked up a very difficult custody case after another attorney dropped the ball, and did what many other attorneys said was virtually impossible. She learned the ins and outs of my case so quickly, and kept me on my toes. She navigated the legal system effortlessly, helped me to understand the intricacies of custody cases, and set very realistic expectations. Nights, weekends or holidays - if you send her an email with your concerns, she replies back promptly. And despite the fact that she never met my child before, she truly advocated for what was in the best interest of my little girl - regardless of how unrealistic others thought it was. She believed in my case from the very beginning, and for that I will forever be grateful. I could go on and on - just know if you've retained Ms. Goldscher, you're in good hands.

Allyson was amazing in walking me through a painful divorce without any pre-conceived notions or judgements about what I had gone through. Came in for consult on a divorce. She had good reviews and was recommended by a friend. She explaind how simple and easy my case was and how my spouse was asking for way to much money. She stated this case would take 8hr of her time total. So like an idot, i hired her, she then delayed my case by 4 or 5 months. From calling the court myself and then talking to her, it became clear to me, she did not understand how scheduling worked (red flag). Then, said she delayed it to save me money? Each leagle question i asked her she would just respond with a version of the same answer google gave me, or just go off subject. Months went by so i started asking if this was the same simple case we started with, she totally deflected the question. In the end i ended up having to change lawyers, she was not returning calls, she backtracked on all her previous statements. I feel she just said what ever sounded good to get my business, then just drug it out as long as she could to benefit her. She wasted so much of my time and money and i would never recomend her. In hindsight, she clearly put her needs well before mine. It took days to get a hold of her to fire her, then i got the final bill and while i was trying to reach her, she was to busy "working" on my case and billing me to take my call. If your going through a divorce she is not a person you can trust and in hindsight this type of lawyer can not help you. Its a terrible ordeal and i wish you good luck.

I feel very fortunate to have had Allyson as my divorce attorney. Since I do not reside in Maryland it was a bit unnerving finding a lawyer. Allyson did a tremendous job handling my divorce, everything was accomplished via email and phone. Allyson is very fair and ethical , I highly recommend her services.
