This is my second time using Gilman and Bedigan. Each time I received great service and great settlements.

Huge attorneys turn-over. I had 4 different attorneys during a 23 months period that the case lasted. I had to constantly call them to stay updated with my case, and every time I called someone new got my case assigned. Will not recommend.

It took forever to settle my case. Also, they did not fight for me

Their commercials are all hype...stay away! I had this firm represent me on my accident case and I basically handled it all on my own from obtaining medical records to calling to make sure bills were paid. I literally had to remind them to do so many things...Initially I met with Mr. Gilman who assured me he was going to be handling my case....next thing you know I got switched to another attorney Lauren and then ended up with Dustin Furman. No explanation at all as to why the switch occurred. Every time I called for an update on my case I got the runaround....it got to the point that everytime I called I was constantly reminding them of what they should be doing! Also whenever I called the paralegal handling my case (Jordan Spence) always seemed to be too busy to speak to me and when I was promised a call back it never happened..... They totally dragged their feet. I threatened to find better legal representation and that didn’t help either. They were certainly not worth the 35% they took out of my settlement!

Great lawyers, patient and they will win for you. Real good listeners and will make sure your satisfied.

This law firm was recommended to me, the person had a huge law suit so maybe they were treated better because of the amount of money this firm would make. Mine was a slip and fall case. It’s been a year since my fall. I never (not even once) received a call from any one at this firm about an update. I’d call and call and get the run around. There was no communication on their end. After about 9 months i called just for an update. I was told “ my case was on someone’s desk and they apologize that nothing was processed” once i threatened to look for better legal representation, they began to work on my case. Sent me an email stating to give them 60 days, i have them 90 days just for good measure but periodically called just to check the status. I’ve been given the same story every single time “ we havent heard from the adjuster” i will never use this law firm ever again! it’s been a year and No true process has been made!

Never again. Skip over this law firm hire someone else. They dropped me in the middle of my case after learning the business we were suing didn't have insurance. I had 15 days to find a new attorney or the court could dismiss the case, judgement against me by default, or assess court costs against me. I was the injured party and they bailed.

I called this law firm and they were not helpful at all. My husband wanted to speak with a lawyer regarding a MVC case, and due to the fact that my husband could possibly be at fault, they didn't even consult with him, or try to get more details about the case. The other driver in this case has a DUI, no license, and was not insured, was not suppose to drive the car in case . Because this law firm not going to see BIG money, they dismiss us without getting further information. We wanted to due a counter suite, but they didn't hear us out. I was going to pay them out of my own pocket to represent us, but they didn't take the time to ask. I was better off seeking help from a different law firm. Do not use these lawyers, all they want is the money, not to really help you.

The legal assistant, Taylor Glezen, has been very helpful so far. She responds quickly to your email and is very professional.

I had a very small claim but was treated like a life long client. All of the staff treated me like family. My result was better than expected.

Takes a really long time to settle

Is there REALLY a Gilman & Bedigian? I never talked to them nd they been my accident lawyer since Nov. 17". Nd how am I taking home less than half of my settlement? Why am I paying my own medical bills out of my settlement? And the at fault party has taken full Liability!! How? Like someone else said, hell of a Commercial but lousy law firm. I will not recommend them for anything, as a matter of fact. It's my duty to warn Baltimore on fb, YouTube, their own site nd anyway possible from here on out. And the only return calls is when you are hiring them. When I call them it takes everything in me not to cuss them out.

I don't know what BS they keep feeding my family member but they are definitely feeding her lies. They are literally dragging their feet on her case. The lies they are telling her is nonsense. I work in the medical field and they are lying to my family member about a process that I know about. They can just know that if I ever need a lawyer, I won't be calling Gilman and Bedigian. Since I can't respond to the response here is mine. I knew all about attorney client privilege. I'm not trying to get no information. I just know that what my family member was told from a paralegal in your office was incorrect. I'll let my family member continue dealing with y'all. I don't have to. I just don't like it when somebody lies to me or my family especially when I know the proper protocol or procedure they were lied to about.

My experience with Gilman & Bedigian, was the worst. The attorneys were unprofessional and seemed very unconcerned about my case and my needs. I was unable to reach an attorney to even get any information about my case directly. I would not recommend Gilman & Bedigian to anyone. In fact, every time I see them on TV it turn's my stomach. I believe I could have did a better job in representing myself! What a waste of time, energy and a loss of money... They are undeserving to receive even one star...

This practice is a joke. Their commercials are clearly just a marketing tool to get more clients in the door and on the phone. You lawsuit that is personal to you is treated w no regard and no real care.

They don't give up

This experience has been worse than dealing with a car salesman!! A friend sent me here as a recommendation. You cant get your lawyer on the phone. You will be told she is in court today n 1 min later get a email from her...how convenient. Maybe if you have a different lawyer in the office but if Lauren is handling your case....GOOD LUCK!

This office has very poor communication skills. I was very disappointed in how they handled my case. They had different people working on my case, all given me different information. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Gilman & Bedigian has been nothing short of being wonderful". The staff is extremely friendly and polite, and I felt like I mattered to them. While waiting for my case to be settled, I was apprised of what was happening every step of the way, and they never left me hanging. As we got closer and closer to my settlement, they made sure that I was comfortable with the offer, which I wasn't "forced" to accept. If you're looking for a law firm who is a cut above the rest, then choose the best - "Gilman & Bedigian.

When I first saw Gilman & Bedigian commercial, I was very impressed, with them being the heavy hitters and all. Unfortunately I had sustained a bystander injury, meaning as I was struck by a falling item off of the vehicle in question. Gilman & Bedigian, handled my case with much care, always kept me updated with any and all changes due to my case. The lawyers, paralegals down to the settlement department, there were all great. I recommend this law firm to anyone whom want to get the maximum out of your case. THEY ARE REALLY THE HEAVY HITTERS !!!

The attorneys at Gilman and Bedigian are more than one could ever hope for. I had 3 separate casss handled by this firm. My husband had a case with their representation as well. The attorneys were knowledgeable and great negotiators. More so, the attorneys and their staff were a pleasant group to work with. They made us feel as more than clients, always putting what was best for us first. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I had a near fatal car wreck in Oct. 2017 and Gilman & Bedigian was there from beginning. It turned out that not much coverage from responsible driver, but the managed to get medical bills paid and some for me.

My husband was in a horrific car accident, and based on the attorney's commercial claim ["What we know can get you more money than they're telling you about."] filed charges against the driver - 4 counts at $75,000 each.

["We can turn less into more."] At settlement conference, the attorney re-evaluated the case at $30,000.

We've experienced many 'administrative' hiccups during this long 3-year process. In addition, they have been non responsive regarding lost wages. Still waiting.

My husband suffered 3 direct impacts as a result of the accident and the FREE street lawyers (translation: family and friends who have been in car accidents) estimated $10k per impact and they were right!!

1/3 of aggravation + 1/3 delays + 1/3 disappointment = Total unhappiness.

I have been a client of Charles Gilman for 9 years. Mr. Gilman is a sympathetic man who cares about the well being of his clients. When you walk in the door he is always waiting for you to embrace your troubles with the respect and dedication that it deserves. You leave feeling hopeful that Mr. Gilman will take care of you like family. He acknowledges the pain and suffering that one will endure during a tragic and life changing event. The staff is always there to help and lend an ear to listen. Some may say not to trust attorney's because they are only out to get money. Well not Mr. Gilman, he is always up front and honest and cares more about his extended family than his own "profit".
His legal assistant Sara Delman is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She too cares very deeply about every person that comes into the office. She takes you under her wing and makes sure you understand everything about your case, the office and Mr. Gilman's passion for resolving the issue at hand. With the recent passing of my mother Sara has taken time out of her busy day to console me and be my "big sister" when I needed someone to lean on. To this day I have an outstanding relationship with Mr. Gilman and Sara. I trust them without hesitation and I definitely would not go to another attorneys office when I know in my heart I will be taken care of by my extended family at Gilman and Bedigian.

A firm that falls for nothing

My 5 month old daughter and I were in a car accident on Christmas weekend. When I called Gilman and Bedigian, they did not hesitate to take my information and provided me with comfort and ease during the entire process. They gave me guidance on the next steps that would need to be taken and more importantly, how to take care of my family during such a fragile time. I had no idea what to do since our Christmas presents were in the back of the car and we were without a car seat! Gilman and Bedigian got me the results I needed to put this incident behind me. They answered questions via email and calls with immediate response and grace I never had to wonder where we were in the case!

I was in a car accident in May with myself my mom and my 2 small children. And I called a few firms and then I call Gilman & Bedigian and I was super impressed with how they spoke to me and how they treated me. They are on top of everything and they call me just to see how me and my family are doing! I've never been in an accident before and they have truly helped me through it every step of the way!! My husband and I had an awesome experience with Gilman & Bedigian. My husband was involved in an accident were the other person's insurance denied his claim stating he had contributed to the accident. With the hard work of the amazing staff and the attorney handing our case in court my husband received a verdict stating he was in no way negligent for this accident. Erie had to pay for the claim in the end

My experience with Mr. Gilman was incredible. I was injured in a slip and fall accident. All of the Attorneys that I talked to told me I had no case. I met with Charles and explained what had happened. Mr. Gilman knew that the Maryland laws had changed and took on my case. He and his team kept me informed and up to date during the process. He settled the case in what seemed record time. His hard work and knowledge of the law opened a new chapter in my life, living with a permanent disability. Wasted 6 months with this bunch. They never wanted to see us, just fax us this, fax us that. Never asked us a single question. The only time we got any sort of update is when I would call repeatedly. It ended with a form letter saying they declined the case, with not a single word of explanation.
