They were amazing and helpful each step of the way. I highly doubt we would have won our case without them. Standard fees that any social security lawyer will charge and only charge you if they win. They also do not make you pay out of pocket for all the paperwork they have to get for your case unless they win. Once they do, they make sure you have a full copy of all paperwork utilized in the case in case you need it in the future.

They ensure to explain the entire process and what to expect and timelines. If you ever need any clarification, you can call them anytime. If we ever called in with a question, they always responded within 1-2 days max if they didn't have the answer right off the bat.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jenkins Block and Associates are all about money only, they don’t do nothing to help you. Mr. Block discharged me just a couple of months from my hearing saying I don’t have a case and if we lose the case that would look bad on them. He didn’t even try to refer me to another lawyer. I got myself a very good attorney and she did everything to help me, a few months later I was approved. So in less than 6 months after I was discharged from Jenkins and Block I was approved with the help of the other lawyer. Now I thank God they did discharged me because obviously they wasn’t going to do anything to win the case. Don’t waste your time with this people they don’t care to help you, they want easy money, they won’t put the work to help you.

I have nothing but kudos for Jamey Nikoll, Aliyah and Dana. The JBA Team are the best. And when it came down to Mr. Nikoll representing me at my SSA Administrative Hearing, he was as smooth as butter as well as the process went smooth, too. But the biggest salute I can share about Mr. Nikoll is the fact that he pushed me in my wheelchair to and from his office on the morning of my hearing. Needless to say I was awarded my benefits. They did nothing to help my case. I did it all myself and they still took money from my settlement. Sent a letter to discharge them from my case yet they still charged me for doing NOTHING. Did it myself. Sad how they mistreated me. Mr Block himself told me even though he did nothing he will still Bill me just for getting them to help me. They did nothing I did it all myself.

Mr. Block was my attorney & I did receive benefits, however he suggested at the hearing that I wait & re-file in a year since I did work part-time just a couple months prior to my hearing but I chose to continue. Mr. Block agreed without argument. He was very professional & asked all the right questions. It was undeniable to all parties at the hearing that I was & am disabled. The fact that I worked did not play a role in the determination by the judge because within 2 months (normally takes 3) I received the news that the judge agreed with me & Mr. Block & of course all the medical statements that I did deserve benefits. I feel like George Bailey in the movie "It's a Wonderful Life" when his life had been restored and he runs through Bedford Falls. Bruce Block just called me with the good news. Now that I have been through this ordeal, I realize that government agencies do not act in our best interests. The SSA is no place for a novice to try and get what you may be due. Bruce and his associates have been professional, courteous, persistent, and uncompromising in my representation. Thank you Bruce.

My experience with this firm was very poor and excellent. The first start of my time with them was poor. The legal assistant I had was horrible, rude, never called me back. The manager was ever worse. I don't remember the first assistant's name, but the manager was Michelle. She was rude, never returned calls, and was plain hateful. I was about to go to another firm, and then I was assigned a legal assistant named Beth. She was polite, courtesous, returned my calls, answered my questions and took time to explain everything to me. I am very anxious and forget things a lot. I am in a lot of pain. She never lost patience with me. I had the opportunity to meet with Monique Lee, one of the attorney's there. She went to my hearing with me. She also was courteous, respectful, and the Judge loved her. She won my case. Then I had issues getting my money, and Beth and Monique got that resolved. They have been incredible, and because of them I would reccomend them. Make sure you deal with one of them, no one else.
