This office is a rip off!!! Please don’t do business with them I don’t recommend!!

We were referred to Gary Krupka to assist with tenant/landlord issues we were experiencing and can't say enough about his professionalism, knowledge of real estate law, and overall approach to the matter. He is our go to for all real estate counsel.

I’ve been getting emails from this office and never even delt with them before. Saying we have been trying to get in touch with (my real name) how did they even know my name???

This lawyer must not have been successful as an attorney so he took to debt collecting. They employee other unsuccessful layers who must have been close to losing there license. Deception is their practice. A bunch of lying corrupt lawyers collecting money for cheap property management companies trying to get tenants to pay for the normal wear and tear of rented premises. A bunch of loser attorneys.

Didn't hate it it's ok only went to pay a bill.

Poor comunications and try to ruin peole lives.

As a somewhat new landlord entering the "rental world", Gary has been beyond helpful with drafting my leases and he is very responsive with any questions/concerns I may have. Highly recommend to anyone that needs any legal advice/assistance!

Gary Krupka .. handled my case in which I t-boned a truck exiting a lot. They had a witness (whom in my opinion) were friends of the other vehicle .. Gary and his assistant Chris dissected these claims using police reports,common sense theories good old fashion brains.. I worried very little... I was told " tell the truth" " it would be unbeatable" .. he was right I can't remember the asking cost but I'm sure it was left to the linen cleaning devision..Thanks Krupka!!
