I don't like the fact that Everytime I call the public defenders office I can't get threw to the public defenders how can you not go see your clients or they don't hear from you and the bad thing is when you have court in about another 2weeks so basically how are the public defenders any good if their not on the cases like they're supposed to be so it would make me think that they're not working hard enough for their clients so how can you progress to actually be a private attorney if you don't really fight for your clients you just get a case because you are a public defender who are you defending anyone but a check how unprofessional is that people lives be on the line and you guys just sit around and not care to actually fight or take a case serious you guys sleep good at night and you guys go home to your families it's sad

Brian didn't necessarily win my case, but I was able to witness him so gracefully defend others. Brian clearly devotes himself to his clients, and gracefully fights for every one of them. Brian is personable, well appreciated and acknloweged in a courtroom, and I do not feel I could have gotten better representstion to fight for me had I paid $10,000. I have the utmost respect for this gentleman and truly wish there were more like him.

My attorney did exactly the opposite of what I told him he said he could get her to reinstate me I said if she will I have no problem making restitution payments. "You will not be bein reinstated you'll be sentenced today I'm sending restitution to central collections " he jumps up says no your honor he said hell pay it so after receiving 4 consecutive 18 month sentences did 2 and a half and was credited with time from the original case so bow after all that I got 5 yrs probation and still owe 2 grand smdh
