This clown is still trying to collect on a judgement from 30 years ago that was fraudulent from the start. This time around he better be careful who he is messing with. Bad things happen to scam artists and Brian Blitz is exactly that. Let the games begin

I paid these people off over 2year ago almost $7000.00.They were garnishing my pay weekly. Here it is 2018 I recieve a letter they are trying to garnish my check yet again for that same case almost another $500.I'm looking to get a lawyer immediately.

Good Morning Jackie,

I also left you a voicemail regarding how someone in the office isn’t applying my payments to my husband and I’s account with you all. Via weekly SunTrust checks and two website credit card payments or balance with your firm should be $1584.67 or less

Brian stated last Friday that since 10/11/17 ($3244.28) to 01/12/18 ($2757.16) you all have ONLY received $487.12 since we started making payments in August!

I am showing a cc payment of $300 from August, $334.61 from December, and over $1025 with pending checks from SunTrust sent to you all on a weekly basis. I called and confirmed with SunTrust every Wednesday-Thursday you all are depositing my checks so who’s account are the going in????

You all are only getting the $1584.67 left owed and then this account needs a P.I.F. letter and to be done with I don’t know how many other customer’s you all are robbing but it won’t be me or my husband. That’s probably why this firm barely has one star on Google Reviews. I will be reporting you all to BBB and whomever else I need to.

If I don’t hear back by the end of today I will be at your location tomorrow morning.

Unprofessional , never answer the phones.

They never answers the phone. I have called and called trying to arrange a payment with them before it went farther. To say it when farther and I still can't get In touch with them.. Oh I got one random number that called me after that and was told they can't do anything it's too late. That's when I told the person I have been calling for months now and you are the first person that called back saying this sh**.
Over all unprofessional I think

I've been trying to contact them in regards to a balence owed. I've called and left messages and I've sent emails and never get a response. No one has ever answered the phone for me and I've called numerous times.

This lawyer is a fraud. He will squeeze as much money out of you as possible and his collection efforts are scrupulous. Do not hire him!
