I came to HHR after an auto accident. Things were good at first, they were responsive and helpful and were taking care of things as they agreed. Within a few weeks I lost contact with the law firm because the secretary would not respond to my emails. Month later I heard from one of the firms lawyers asking how things were going. At which time I informed him that I did not know they were still working with me because I had not heard anything from them in quite some time. Turns out the person I was in contact was not working for the firm anymore. Now it has come to the point that no lawyers are will to help me settle my accident claim because as I was told by another firm, "there really is not enough money in it for us to be interested" which seems to be what they all say. I am getting screwed because I put faith in someone else and it was left with an ex employee.

Matt did a great job. It took some time but I believe with something like this you have to have patience. I know I cannot be easy working with the insurance companies and that it takes time. I did not expect this type of a settlement and I'm thrilled with the results.
