What can I say, we really like the guy he explains things clearly and he's got a really nice speaking voice so he's easy to listen to.

He also has a sense of humor which I think is a plus with just about anybody.

We ended up using him when we sold our house because the realtor picked him and then when we bought the next house we went back because we had felt we got great service.
