They charged me $200 for less than 10 minutes on the phone then told me they wouldn’t be able to help, and I would need to file in another state.

I saw all of the good reviews about Mark and thought I would be hiring a lawyer who knew what he was doing and that would be on my side, I was terribly wrong. What I was told and what happened was two different things. I was told after paying for him to represent me I would have to pay court fee, and a fine and it would be over and done with. What he got me, and all the remaining hassle I am still going through he basically was a very expensive public defender. And afterwards I asked him if it was over and done he assured me it was, but then I receive news about my license and when I told mark his response was to go hire a lawyer in my area to help me do the job that he was paid to do but I guess decided he didn’t want to and he knew that could happen but never discussed it with me, this is after paying extra to make sure everything was good. If you need a good lawyer do not hire Mark! The secretaries that I spoke to are the nicest thing I can say about his practice.

Offered little to no help with firearm rights for my father. Basically insinuating my father was lying or wrong. Perhaps he should've spent more time learning how to win cases than taking a paycheck. Didn't even know people lose gun rights over DUIs or that states can give rights back.
