Pick another lawyer! This guy is incompetent to the nth degree!

I hope I can leave 0 stars (nope wouldn't let me). This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. I have lawyers in my family and they agree this place is a joke!

I never leave bad reviews. This time I had to make an exception. Very poor service. They promise you in their advertising " they get you help. They don't even call back. And they obviously don't know the law, because they decide on your case without even talking to you. Politically biased and if you can get past the toupee. You'll do better than I would.

Not the best law firm I've been to they take their time doing anything. You call to get information about a case and they put you to voicemail and never call you back. We hired him June 8th of 2017 it's now March 3rd and we have not heard about who is the administrating my Brothers estate.

Have trouble getting return phone calls

Everyone at the office is so friendly and made me feel like I was important. They are quick at returning calls and finding out the information I needed. I would definitely recommend them.

Mr.Sherman and Mr.Vance helped me tremendously!!! I couldn't have wished for a better crew by my side, would highly recommend!

Good Communication, Reliable service

Lacked attention to detail in my case. Everytime I had a hearing, a different attorney would show up. Therefore not a one of them had any knowledge about my case, LET ALONE defend me properly. Sad representation.

I retained the Sherman Law Firm to assist during a domestic separation. Every time we have gone before the judge, Mr. Sherman has been the prevailing attorney. My journey is still not over and Mr. Sherman continues to seek the justice I expect and deserve. The communication between his office and I has been exceptional. He listens and takes note of every detail to make the best presentation in court. I have no reservations recommending The Sherman Law Firm to anyone.

Two words... April. Mallow. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere

Worst lawyers I’ve ever been in contact with. Terrible attitudes and Extremely unprofessional with no concern for the outcome of our family’s case. Beyond being incompetent, April Mallow is one of the most unpleasant people I’ve spoken with in recent years and Sherman wasn’t much better. Even with so few options in Moorefield, I cannot imagine how Mr. Sherman and Ms. Mallow in particular expect to build their law practice carrying themselves so poorly.
Ms. Mallow made a living as a prosecutor only a couple years ago - is that really who you want to defend you when your life is on the line? And what does that say about Sherman law firm keeping such a bumbling attorney working in his office? The more ya know Take care y’all.

EStaff member were unfairly rude,never return phone calls, I dont think the office has a very polite manner amongst other very important legal issues.
