I am writing this review from two perspectives:

One - I started my legal career with Skinner Law Firm back in 2013. Since, I have relocated to another state and have had the opportunity to work for both large and small personal injury firms. I can confidently say that I have never met a group of attorneys that are as passionate, caring, and hardworking as the attorneys at SLF. The same can be said for their staff.

Two - I have recently reached out to SLF as a client to have some estate planning documents put together for a loved one. I was met with the same care that they give all of their clients, and the work they do is still as consistent as I remember it.

You will not find a better firm to take care of your needs. From the initial intake to the end of your matter, you will be in the best hands.

Everyone said " Ford would not buy back a vehicle. Fo rd would not even work with me. I used Skinner law firm. We won amd Gord bought back. Great service amd great attorney's.

They will not answer the simplest question unless you pay them. Quite pathetic considering it was a yes or no answer. All they want is your money. They offer Live Chat, but refuse to help you. Absolutely pathetic.

Andrew Skinner and the staff at Skinner Law firm are amazing. I was very nervous going through the lawsuit process but with my medical bills mounting, I had no choice. Steven Skinner and his dishonest clients attempted to steal my house from me in 2014 via a forged sales contract - claiming I sold them my $310,000 (sales price in 2015) for the 60% Jefferson County, WV assessed value of $194,500. $42,000 in legal and private investigator fees and over 1 year later, I got my house back in a trashed condition. The yard and shrubbery were ruined. Cigarette smoke residue, among evidence of heroin use made my house uninhabitable. The police never charged his client, Jeannie Chapman, with fraud or 7 counts of forgery and uttering - probably because Steven Skinner was a West Virginia Delegate at the time. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAPPENED TO THIS TEAM OF FRAUDSTERS! I am a 61 year old disabled U.S. Air Force veteran who merely tried to help out some new friends - who if it weren’t for me, would have been homeless after being evicted from their previous rental for not paying nearly $4,000 in rent to their previous landlady - Duffields, WV. According to “Melanie” the Chapmans havd still not made restitution. They also stole items from her house - like they stole at mine. These people are truly evil. I am posting under an alias as my life has been threatened.

This law office allowed a family member who has been suicidal, bedridden, refusing meds since being diagnosed bipolar, manic, and psychotic 8 years ago. Once my family members spouse died, my remaining family forced, coerced, mislead, and other illegal acts to gain access to the estate left to ill family member.

This law firm does not have a process before changing wills, power of attorneys, and other critical legal documents orchestrated by the greedy family with motives.

My family member has since passed away. Since then, even more evidence has come into the light showing hundreds of thousands taken from bank savings, possessions sold, home sold, further incriminating the greed and exploitation of my beloved family member.

I plan to continue fighting this case and donate any proceeds to charity to bring awareness of mental illness to the general public. With suicides up, mental illness seems to be more common. The professionals creating legally binding documents must be more vigilant in their due diligence. Not making changes to legal documents in order to create revenue for their business.

I suffered a soft tissue chronic injury in my neck after a car accident in which I was the victim of a distracted driver who hit me from behind. I was so fortunate to find an excellent lawyer, Laura Davis, who was an incredible support during a very distressing time. Oh i almost forgot check 14-c-19 in the Circuit Court of Berkeley County and 14-c-52 in Jefferson County Circuit Court, after all its Public record. Then you decide the verdict? One more would be District Court in Martinsburg Wv Case number 3;14-CV-00038? If thats not good enough look at 15-F-23 in Berkeley County West Virginia? New update;9-4-2019 Skinner asked the Federal Bankruptcy judge to order me to take this add down?

My family and I moved to Charles Town, WV, in the summer of 2016 from the West Coast on military orders. We did not know anyone out here. It is for that reason I feel I can write this post as an honest review based on the stroke of luck and leap of faith that my family and I ended up with Skinner Law Firm. I had driven by the Skinner Law Firm building every day and never given them a second thought until the day my family and I were hit by a drunk driver in January 2018. My family was uninjured, but I quickly discovered my injury was not improving, the stress was getting overwhelming, and insurance adjusters didn’t have my best interest at heart. One day while watching television, a commercial about Skinner Law Firm came on, and I took it as a sign to reach out and meet with them.

I walked into their office feeling lost, broken, and so stressed out I was literally on the verge of tears. Immediately, I was welcomed by Angela’s friendly voice, and shortly after that, Andrew Skinner. I presented Andrew with the accident binder I had created and explained my case to him. Andrew was very attentive, calming, listened, took the time to make me feel like my family, and most of all…. I mattered.
