I first had a phone consultation with Daniel Kirkland back in October 2018, following a July car accident. He said to plan on coming in for a follow up, and to complete paperwork, indicating that he'd be happy to help. Some time passed (due to being busy with ongoing injury treatments), and I finally came in in person in mid-December 2018. I left the office with what seemed like a clear indication that he would be representing me in my car accident case... he told me that he'd be meeting with his team in a day or two, and that I should have paperwork by week's end or the following Monday. Crickets. I heard nothing. Due to a death in the family, I didn't reach out over the holidays, and now that things have settled, I called this week to determine what had happened, with no form of communication from his office at all. I spoke by phone with a receptionist who was short and curt, who left me on hold for a long time, and who I then called back, and she told me that voice mail was not an option. She took a handwritten note, and two more days passed with no contact. I finally located Kirkland's business card, which he had handed me upon leaving the office in December. I sent an email today, and finally got a reply, saying that they had been too busy to discuss my case until this week, and that now they'd decided not to go forward with it at all. Seems that they are simply too busy. Which is total bs, given that my case doesn't currently require much attention at all, and may not for many months, as I am still in ongoing treatment for a head injury from that accident.
For him to have decided not to represent me would be one thing. But for him to say one thing and do another, both in terms of when my case would be considered by their firm, as well as the likelihood of my case being taken at all ~ that is simply rude, disrespectful, and poor business. Since my first conversation with him in October, I had been given no reason to believe that he would not represent my case, and if there had been any question on that matter, I would have started seeking someone else months ago. Knowing this now, though, I am happy to be able to pursue someone with greater integrity, and certainly wouldn't recommend Kirkland for anything at all. What a shame.

They are unprofessional. They slandered me and the title to my property. They will not speak to me to resolve an issue with title to property and would rather send a cease and desist letter telling me to stay off my own property.

Work for the state and not for the clients! Promise clients things they can’t guarantee! Poor communication staff poorly trained! Would never recommend you to use this firm unless you wanted to do Guaranteed jail time!
Had Mr Arnold not yawned throughout my entire consultation there would've been a 1% chance I retained him..I would rather have retained a circus clown to represent me than someone who clearly wanted easy money. Mr Arnold is a prime example of why you don't retain a local attorney for a local matter...get someone outside of your local jurisduction..you'll be better off

Awful communication. Took my money, did the bare minimum and never responded to emails or phone calls after the court date. (Rarely responded even before court) I was mislead and then when with dealing with the repercussions from being mislead they refused to respond. No response to any emails and over the phone would only say they are unavailable and would call back later. I would have been better off with a public defender and saving the $2,500. Not to mention the extra money wasted from listening to their advice as well as the wages lost from having to miss work to get things straightened out. 1,000% do not recommend.

Extremely professional. Andy accomplished more in 2 months than the "best lawyer in west Virginia" did in 18 months. I will reccomend him to everyone. He was recommended to me and I'm glad I hired him. Nothing but praise for him

The attorneys at Arnold & Bailey have been a blessing. They helped me through both family court cases and a criminal case. They were very helpful and cared about the end result. Overall I would highly recommend Arnold & Bailey to anyone who needs a highly qualified and personable attorney.

They don't know how to use a telephone. They were taking clients from an attorney that's was disbarred. I call to ask what's the protocol of migration to their office. Clueless on any question your inquiring about a case. Don't use these ambulances chasers They don't return calls unless your in a hospital bed.
