Attorney Mcdaniel are very knowledgeable and will treat you like a person not like most lawyers are in the business of screwing you over mentaly and financially they have the most atrocious Retainer Fees as what they call it. This is a difficult review. I was satisfied with his service to a degree and his price was literally unbeatable. Then one day while waiting on the most important hearing of my life I receive a phone call being informed he can no longer represent me. He was paid past the point in the case I am currently at. In fact he returned half my total retainer which I found very honest but to just drop my case in the middle of losing my mother was a knock out blow. When you felt secure in your attorney to have it shattered mid case so while grieving you have to lawyer shop and make another down payment. You get what you pay for is what my grandfather always told me, in Mr. McDaniel's case I hope you didn't expect security.
