Great attorney I have worked with many times

Spoke with an attorney for 20 minutes on the phone. They advised me not to pursue fighting a citation. They explained that the cost of their services would be equivalent to the cost of the fines. I appreciate that they took the time to explain why I should not pursue my case. This saved me time and money. I will definitely use them in the future (and refer my friends). It's nice to speak with an attorney that is caring. Thank you again!

I was recently seeking help from an attorney when I found Mark Everett Law. A new attorney named Chirag Desai was eager to help me after hearing my case. He answered my questions and eased my concerns with truthful answers and educated responses throughout the entire process in a professional and friendly manner that really stood out. I have had many terrible experiences with lazy & uneducated attorneys in my area so I reached out to some law firms in Morgantown which is hours away from me.

I was hesitant to work with Chirag Desai due to his inexperience but after meeting him in court today, it became clear that what he lacks in real world experience is made up for by his ambition to make his mark, build a reputation & to be successful.

He is well educated, well researched, very personable & cares enough to put the time in to find the answers & references he needs to make a successful case.

I would never return to this firm for representation. Savannah Hull is a lawyer at Mark Everett's law firm and her representation is terrible. I can not speak for any of the other lawyers at this firm, but i can say nothing that Savannah promised me came true. Better yet everything she told me the opposite took place. The prosecutor was not even aware of my case the date of. After the fact she even had the nerve to ask for more money. You are better off representing yourself.
