Paul and Laura are superb attorneys! Paul works tirelessly for the best results. He works till 10pm at night, holidays, weekends. Etc. Laura is the best legal writer that I have seen in 10 years of unfortunate legal experience. I would not use anyone else in this corrupt, depressed, Wrong Turn, Deliverance, Hazard County. Also being found “not guilty” or having your charges “dismissed” will keep you out of jail but EVEN those found NOT GUILTY/INNOCENT will need an expungement...... The system Is BROKEN!!! . I wasn’t aware that a “dismissed” or “not guilty” felony still shows up on your criminal record as a felon charge and will prevent you from any type of real employment. Sure if it’s dismissed you are not a felon and potentially even innocent but that’s only “technically” not a felon. Even if you are innocent you will still be treated like a felon by future employers once they find news articles about you let alone if they’re actually running a background check then you will not even be considered for an interview. Minimum-wage jobs can Google you for free so it is very important that if you’re going to spend several hundred thousand dollars on a lawyer that part of that service would include the expungement stuff as well. WV has passed a new law about expungements that didn’t exist when I was a client
All lawyers cost money might as well hire a team that has proven success battling. These guys are THE BEST
