Worst attorney I had. Lance was court appointed. Lance was very rude, sarcastic and didn't listen to a word I had to say. I was and had been sick with breast cancer for a 1 year 1/2 and went through 10 surgeries. In dealing with Lance I ended up in the hospital 3 times with high blood pressure due to his sarcastic ways and the stress he caused plus he did not listening to my case or a word I had to say. He just assumed i was guilty instead of looking or getting the evidence needed for court. Lance did not tell me the consequences in taken a an Alford plea and now I'm stuck with a record I can never get rid of due to his incompetence. I implore that you look for someone more qualified.

He's rude and sarcastic to the max. Wouldn't answer or pick up calls when you need him after he gets his money. But he'll still show up on your court date, and he may do some work if he likes you enough.
