I received a traffic citation while visiting friends in Morgantown (I live in Pennsylvania). After receiving the citation I not only moved 4 times but also was hit by a drunk driver as a pedestrian. I had a bad memory to begin with but suffering a TBI (traumatic brain injury) my memory became horrible. There are no shortages of attorneys in the Northern West Virginia area, but finding one to best fit the needs of my particular situation was a challenge. My situation involved a couple that had breached a signed real estate contract of a property I owned. The couple demanded I return the earnest money even though the contract clearly stated the earnest money would be forfeited if they backed out of it for no good reason.
