If 0 stars were an option that would have been my choice. Was told by 1 receptionist that I had a consultation scheduled (and could let the appropriate ppl know this, keep in mind this is a very important legal issue thats time sensitive). Made a call about the situation and told attorney would call me same day. Got a call back from same woman to reschedule appt for a week later! I explained that this issue could not be put off as well as mentioned needing to speak to him still re same issue that day. She said ok well then maybe one of the partners at the firm could see me and handle case. Advised that she would send me to Brittany's voicemail and let her know this was time sensitive! I left this message on Monday, as of Thursday afternoon she had not returned my call! Thank goodness I have access to a telephone attorney through my work! Called her today and was basically told that she had more important things to do and that the other attorneys did not have time to see me anyways. I replied that just a quick call to have let me known that would have been nice (atleast I could have started looking for another attorney that day rather than 4 days later). She said that she just got my voicemail today (again this is 4 days later). If that's the case then I feel bad for their established clients. I basically said that's fine, I will look elsewhere for an attorney but I found this very unprofessional and upsetting. Had I received a 2 minute phone call from her any one of the 4 days prior I would have chalked it up to, ok time for plan B! Her response was "more power to you".....really???!!! Not once did I hear an apology of any sort! I actually had NO issues with any of the attorneys at this firm, I'm sure they are great but talk about a BAD first impression! This Brittany is the first person potential clients speak with!!! I'm a very, very patient person and rarely leave a negative review (If I don't have something nice to say typically I would say nothing) but this woman/girl needs some serious people skills training. Not to mention an intense lesson on utilizing her voicemail and making return calls! This firm seriously needs to evaluate and rethink their office help! They definitely need to work on their communication skills! A simple apology can go a long ways with an upset customer/client/potential client. I know I work with the public!
