My husband was involved in a case through her court. Even when it looked like he was in the wrong I truly believe she tried to be as fair as she could for what she knew at the time It's hard to always hear both sides of the story and still not actually get the story. Our vase was custody and regardless of how they outcome would pr could have went My husband and I had full faith that her only concern wA what was best for our daughter. And we knew going in that our daughters laywer and Judge Smith would come up with the best possible outcome for her. She is understanding of difference in situations and from what I've saw in a case that went from 0 to 180 in 2 court appearances I think she was fair to all sides and allowing each side to explain.
