I have a receipt saying paid in full for the trial on my case. And then a week before the trial the attorney asks for more money or he’s not going to defend me?! Without having the extra funds I was forced to take a plea bargain because the attorney broke my trust and demanded more money! I do have a receipt saying paid in full for the case!
This man threw me under the bus, and said I was stupid if I don’t take the deal even though I wasn’t guilty of anything! He did not want to work for the money I gave him. And now he farms out for reviews to try to drown out my voice!

I was arrested for an OVI and called Attorney Grosshandler. He worked hard on my case, even when I thought there wasn't hope, he got the evidence against me tossed out and won. He saved my job and my license and my life is back to normal.

I will never hire this attorney again. He took my money agreeing that I had nothing to worry about and that he would defend me until trial. Well halfway through the case he decided he wanted more money and said that he demanded it or he would not see me through trial! He forced me to take a plea bargain as he would not defend me any longer and he put me in a position where he did not tell me about a court date so that when I entered court that day I either had to take the agreement a.k.a. plea bargain or go to jail for failure to appear and stay there until the end of my court case. They say don’t trust lawyers and this is the reason why. I even have the receipt in writing saying that the amount of money that I paid him upfront in cash was enough to satisfy my entire case. He also knows that I don’t feel any guilt and I wasn’t guilty of any crime but the man is Money motivated and could care less about you. I’m pretty sure he threw me under the bus so that he could help a guy with a DUI. Unless you have an unlimited cash flow to give this man I suggest hiring someone else. Even if you have an unlimited cash flow if you don’t like being called names by your attorney that you hire I suggest you continue looking.
