I would not recommend this Law firm to anyone. Roger Weaver is just a money grubbing liar in a suit. Very unprofessional, misleading, and overall greedy. I would have given him Zero stars but it wouldn't give me the option.

Roger had not returned any of my husband phone calls for months. Won't produce an actual bill on what he spent the thousand dollars on. He went to court once and just got it continued. We got the things we wanted do our selves. Court is over and yet roger keeps the thousand for what? Going to court one time. Which he was late. I do not recommend this atternoy. Go somewhere else. I do not know which steps to take to get my money back yet . He still hasn't called back. Voicemail Every time you call.. Lol. I use to think he was honest and decent...

I hired weaver law offices to file an ECO [emergency custody order] for my son to get my grandchildren. He and his ex wife shared custody. We had police reports of horrible things going on when the kids were at her house.
He looked at police reports and agreed this was an emergency situation and we needed to file right away.He asked for 2000. retainer as well as 235.00 filing fee. We paid the money right then but for some reason he didn't file the ECO he kept telling us he didn't get a chance to file.
After about 2 weeks of this he then informs us its to late to file an ECO
He has never returned a penny of the money to us.
Because he took all of our resources we were not able to afford another attorney my grandchildren at 4 and 6 years old continued to have to go to that house until we could save up 1500.00 for a different attorney who used the same evidence and got my son the ECO. I wish attorneys went to jail for this kind of fraud. This isn't just about the money but about him knowing what was going on in that house were the kids had to go every other week.The drugs the domestic violence was so bad their stepfather committed suicide.Not at all an environment for children! He got us for 2235.00 he doesn't deserve the 1 star it makes you give!

Can’t give anything lower than one star, my wife and I went to his location on appointment and although he was out due to an emergency surgery his associate didn't inform us and no other calls were made to inform us he was out. His associate practically threw a clipboard of documents for us to fill out at my wife stating "here fill this out" then turned and closed the door behind him. After looking at all the personal data that they wanted us to fill out on the form and no one coming back out we decided to leave. My wife got a call from the attorney wanting to know why we left. After she told him and he explained his situation (which we didn't need to know about the operation) my wife decided to give him another chance stating that we only wanted to deal with him. Again we got the rude person again telling us that we had to fill out all this paper work. And after I got upset telling him that we didn't want to talk to him at all and deal with his personality we left yet again. I wouldn't recommend this Attorney based on the some of the staff choices that he has made to assist him. This kid didn't even have the decency to apologize for his rudeness the first time and simply tried to accuse us. REAL PROFESSIONAL. I can say that upon leaving I was less than professional also. But that was after telling him that we didn't want to deal with him in the first place. I am sure that the attorney himself is probably a very decent guy, the whole three seconds that we got to talk to him was nice.

I read the reply from them tonight, first off we were not there to draft any documents, but to see if the attorney would be a good fit for us (apparently talking to people cannot determine this only giving social security and other privileged information without is) Second we had told the attorney that we didn't want to deal with anyone other than him due to the last time we were there and the clip board was tossed at my wife with a simple fill this out then turn and walk away (which he is going to say again that he was professional and this didn't happen) Thirdly there were no three people that witnessed this, there was Myself, my wife, and the jerk that we had to deal with. We didn't want to be on boarded, we wanted to be treated like a customer a possible paying customer if we felt comfy talking with the ATTORNEY! Also if the memory of all three fictitious people is correct I didn't start cursing till after he started arguing back because apparently an apology for his actions on the first appointment was to difficult. If Weaver Law selects its associates based on what my wife and I saw then there is no reason to seek assistance from them, and based on some of the other reviews they pretty much stated the same that I said above. Again if you go see this attorney go at your own risk the staff that we interacted with a white male about six foot tall is rude, unprofessional and apparently a liar also as he doesn't recount all that happens.

Always in the right place at the right time. Case could not have gone down better without him. I havent thanked enought, this is just small way of saying so.

Details of our needs were thoroughly addressed, and met with full satisfaction that we may have a sense of security with our legal responsibilities and readiness, to benefit those who depend on us, and that we love and commit to benefit, rather than leave it to the courts for disposition and distribution. Mr. Weaver helped me with saving my dog from "dangerous dog" designation and to resolve the charges against me in reasonable way. he was reassuring and professional, caring.
