The worst lawyers I've ever seen. Liliana Vasquez is absolutely unprofessional, arrogant and rude. They gonna charge you if:
1. you call them to ask why they didn't apply for XXX as I requested and they promised. I have to pay money just for listening that she doesn't do her job properly and to hear how she's trying to find an excuse. ‍♀️
2. if you call them just to ask do they have second originals of all documents were sent to USCIS or not ( documents which I paid for!) They ask to schedule an appointment and pay! ‍♀️
3. If you wanna talk to the owner of this company Inna Simakovsky about quality of the service they provide. You have to pay again! ‍♀️
Also they made mistakes in our applications. And nobody calls you back if you leave the voice mail.
Girls on the reception transfer your call to somebody you said you don't wanna talk to. It's out of respect and unprofessional. After this you ask who I'm talking to, they don't answer. Which was again Liliana, rude like always.

I made a grate mistake going here. Ignored the few negative reviews after seeing more positive ones. I didn't realize that positive reviews can be made. When I first met with attorney lily Vazquez’s my first impression was of a very professional experience lawyer. I made a follow up appointment right after our first meeting. She had told me to call her to let her know were I was with all of my paperwork. That way she could decide to reschedule or to keep the appointment. I’ve reached out several times via email and voicemail. Never got an answer from her. Very unprofessional. She then call me next day to nag me why I never showed up to the appointment. I told her that she never responded to any of my messages to confirm whether or not we were keeping it. To what she responded in a very rude way,” it doesn’t matter if I don’t respond, if you have an appointment you come to that appointment regardless of me answering or not”! That was horrible service! I regret going to that place.

The organization of this law firm is terrible.

I visited the office yesterday. Firstly I was asked to pay the initial consultation fee. Then I was told that I had to move my car to the assigned parking lot otherwise it would be towed. I was curious why nobody in the office told me previously about the parking lot assignment?

Next I waited 30 mins for the attorney I wanted to see. Then I was told that she was too busy to meet me. I could either make another appointment or discuss my issues with another attorney. I was very angry and cancelled my appointment immediately.

Obviously this office doesn't respect their client at all! Maybe they have a lot of clients already and they couldn't handle more.

I highly recommend Simakovsky Law I will keep working with them for future purposes.

Disappointed. Me and my husband decided to come to this practice due to the fact this practice came with someone who spoke the language and it would just be easier for us because he would be the one going to meetings due to my work obligations, we were told a XXXX amount for the immigration papers - which we double checked online and added up and checked out - and extra $1000 for "lawyer fees", we believed it was reasonable because "everything was included" plus the benefit of having someone speak Portuguese, we thought everything was perfect and we had looked at other offices in Columbus who were around the same amount or at most $200 more, but we decided to go here due to the benefit of language barrier, 3 months later were hit with the if you want all the paperwork and for the lawyer to go with you, it's another $500.00, so exactly what the $1000.00 for? Were very disappointed, services not rendered, received an email today with the documents needed, I guess that's what we get not even a phone call, just email well deserved. I was thinking of going to litigation for this process but at this point for this amount, so not worth it, we were referring her to other friends, but we just called and let them now, we hope they get better in the future! Terrible and disgusting attitude and very bad service she kept asking for money and did nothing for me . I got a sponsor then she said he wont beable to to be your sponsor coz of his taxes and i got an other sponsor she took froom me 1000$ for the application for the whol case then she chargeed me 200$ for my first sponsor the she said he is not good but he was good and he got enugh taxes and asked me to get an other sponsor then i gave her the other sponsor paper then charged me an other 200$ and finaly thier was no need for second sponsor beacus the first sponsor got enugh money to cover me .she charged me money for nothing she diserv less than one star

I highly recommend her. I was prompted to write this review after reading a negative review on here, which differs greatly to mine and the people I have recommended to Inna. Terrible service one lawyer 10 secretaries, does not have the overhead to cover the jobs she takes on. She often refers you to get things done with her secretaries who don't have knowledge of the law. Too busy also taking on other projects, will not return phone calls or text messages promptly. Wasted my Money and time so if you don't value yours go here. She also belittles you for inquiring make it seem that the questions you ask are stupid.
