Don't use if you are trying to settle student loan debts. Used them 5 years ago and they claimed my case wasn't worth fighting and advised me to just settle without seeing if the organization suing me had legal rights to my loans. I don't think they specialize in student loans, they just took it on to make money. Now I can't do anything about it because they rushed me into signing a judgement saying that I have to pay the money back when I probably could have fought it.

They took care of one case for me & helping me w/another. Keep up the good work!

I’m a huge skeptic dealing with attorneys as I’ve dealt with some unethical attorneys in the past. Rodier is a great law firm! The Attorney(s), and staff respond promptly to all messages. The attorneys are trustworthy, and knowledgeable in their practice area.

Please listen carefully to their fees. No matter the fee, Rodier Law office will work with you. Rodier Law Firm has a lump sum or payment plan option. If you or someone you know is dealing with a debt collector looking to sue you, it’s best to contact the firm as soon as you receive the summons, otherwise you will pay more for a post judgement.

Based on my understanding and situation, Rodier Law Firm will send out an ad when your case comes up in the public system prior to a post judgement. Please keep in mind it’s harder to defend anyone once a judge has made a decision (if you don’t go to court or answer the summons on time).
