In the beginning of my financial storm that I was facing I had three different attorneys, who specialized in business related matters, telling me that bankruptcy was the means of last resort and I agree with them to a certain point. Looking back on the situation today, I now realize that I should have sought creditor protection at least 14 to 16 months before I did. A good coach always knows when it is important and an appropriate time to call a time-out to stop the other team's aggression. Mr. Bardwell's counsel did just that - it stopped the aggression providing the opportunity for he and I to make some sound decisions. There were many unique issues with my case and Mr. Bardwell researched to make sure we provided the best answers that was fair for all parties involved and his experience mattered a lot.
I was introduced to Mr. Bardwell by another local attorney practicing business law in the Columbus, Ohio area. This other attorney recognized that I needed a financial life preserver and suggested that we meet with Mr. Bardwell. He had recommended Mr. Bardwell to previous clients of his in similar situations as mine with much success. I place a lot of faith in anyone who is recommended by someone within that same profession.
Mr. Bardwell worked really hard on my behalf and had even contacted me late in the evening gathering information for submittals that he was working on at night that were made to the court. Mr. Bardwell was always available when I needed to contact him and he provided easy to understand explanations and instructions so that I would be informed as to what was going on during the entire process. This entire ordeal was a pretty rough time in my life and Mr. Bardwell helped me not to just survive it but helped me to recover from it.
Thanks to you again - Mr. Bardwell!!!
