After one phone call with miss daria William's I can gladly say this is the worst attorneys office I have ever spoken to. I was spoke down to as if I was ignorant, low life scum. I received a letter in the mail and reached out the very next day to resolve the issue. Miss daria William's was unable to fully answer any of my questions. She was hateful, rude, and completely! Unprofessional. A business that's supposed to help people should probably not hang up on people attempting to resolve any issues. The fact that the Ohio attorney general does business with such an unprofessional business says alot about the "great" state of ohio. Due to the way I was spoken to and treated, a simple matter of paying off a very small back tax I will now be reaching out to my own personal lawyer. I recorded the entire conversation for my own protection and it was in good reason I did. I would absolutely not!! Recommend this office to anyone for any reason! If they would like to have a good standing name they should do away with their employees how dont know how to speak to humans with respect!

After weeks of incredibly frustrating experiences trying to get to the bottom of discrepancies in my taxes and information being sent to the wrong addresses, I was able to speak with Mrs. Bell to get this matter resolved. She was incredibly respectful, pleasant, and kind. She was able to explain exactly what the error is and how I could resolve it. She was very understanding that I now live out of state and would need extended time to resolve the matter. She took me from leaving very angry voicemails to being extremely grateful for her help in one short phone call. This was a result of her customer service, empathy, and clarity. I can not believe the they have these type people working for them. My payment was took a week early and Ms Redman has a attitude because I wanted to know why and when can I get a letter saying I have paid in full. No refund for our mistake nothing. Worst people I have been in contact with in a long time.

I was the victim of a person who ran a red light leaving my CRV totaled and my body with multiple skeletal injuries. The law firm I originally chose sat on my case for two years and then turned it over to Brian Ross. That was my lucky day! If only I had known, I would have retained his representation from the beginning. Brian and his paralegal, Paula, immediately showed a clear understanding of my case. They worked with me to reach a settlement I felt comfortable with, instead of the first two low offers the opposing council made. I would advise any family or friends to trust Brian Ross and his supporting staff with their personal injury cases. It's important to realize the wheels of justice do not turn quickly for any law firm. Paperwork must be "exact" or it won't hold up so it's better to be patient than it is to expect quick results. All of my calls were returned in a timely manner if not answered when placed.

Talk about talking forever to get paper work done. If you don't mind waiting a couple months on paperwork to get done then these are the people to go to. Also don't expect a call back in a reasonable time frame.
