I wish there was a button for 0 stars. I would NOT recommend this lawyer to anyone!! He is the WORST!! We hired him 5 months ago when my husband went and picked up his child from Hawaii, (for child abuse), he assured us that we would most likely get custody. Also told us we had to file for parentage, temporary or emergency custody them full custody ect. My husband sign out tons of papers. Told us he was sending the custody papers to the child’s mother, told us two weeks ago that he went to a hearing for emergency custody and it wasn’t granted but he told us we’d have temporary before Christmas. We got paperwork from the child’s mother filing for full custody, took him the papers this morning. He told my husband “well I didn’t think she’d do that” he said “what file for custody? You told us it didn’t matter since we have an open case in Ohio” he lied to us this entire time making us believe he was going to court hearings, ect. He proceeded to tell my husband that he never filed for ANYTHING, at all, not temporary, full, emergency custody absolutely nothing, not even parantage rights, that he “hadn’t gotten around to it”!! He has been leading us in circles for months, 5 whole months, doing not a damn thing! Finally he handed my husband a check and say “sorry there’s nothing I can do” and gave him some of his money back. He is a terrible person! I don’t recommend him to anyone.

Great guy and really cared about what I was going through.

I paid him to file for partial custody. He talked and lead me on. He just took my money and didn't do anything. Don't go to him. He's a racist too.
