I would not recommend using Allen amiable as your lawyer for anything. The bankruptcy he filed was not done correctly and had major Inconsistencies with income and applying my bills correctly. He does not email or call you back at all. He talks to you like your a piece of garbage and then when you ask “do you treat all your clients like this? And he replies “no just you!. He has no respect for his clients and does not consider their throughts or feelings. When asked to speak with the senior lawyer Pete Riddell, he was basically the same way on the phone and talked down to you. Please I urge you to reconsider having anything to do with this law firm as Allen Aimar Is inexperienced and neglectful to any bankruptcy case and doesn’t do his job correctly. This resulted in my case being dismissed and having to refile.

I've been dealing with this Law Firm for well over a year, absolutely personable and completely understanding.

Due to unfortunate events beyond my control, I was in need of immediate legal representation in mid-2017, with my case being concluded in January 2018. I had consultations with many attorneys concerning my needs, but after weighing my options, I chose Mr. Pete Riddell. I was in need of a secondary attorney for my situation and Mr. Riddell was the perfect fit for my circumstances.
The respect and trust I have for Mr. Riddell is unwavering and immense. As a family man, and father, he related to the concerns of my case with compassion, understanding, and an unbridled interest beyond that of what I would have ever expected from an attorney. He was attentive to my needs and fought for me and my daughter from day one, always going above and beyond. He was prompt in returning calls to address my concerns and anxieties, always kept me up to date with the progress of my case and displayed a professionalism and passion that goes beyond words. He exhibited superior character, and always put my interests first. Mr. Riddell was always respectful, detail oriented, and his pricing was fair for the needs of my case from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, expedient in his duties, and never wasted a moment of my time. Last August (21st) we (my spouse and I) put down $600.00 total as a retainer with Allen Aimar after a quick (unscheduled) meeting with him. Later, in October, I received an email of a draft of an agreement. The draft contained incorrect information (including incorrectly naming our only son - not misspelling, but a completely different name AND DOB). The draft suggested a plan that was completely opposite from what we had agreed to in person!

Worried, I immediately replied to the email pointing out the discrepancies and stated I felt concern for what was in my best interest. I’d didn’t hear back. I sent another email asking for a reply and heard nothing.

A few weeks of hearing nothing, I then called him on his cell where I got him in person and explained the issues and asked for a return of $500.00 of our retainer as we were going to go with a different attorney. He replied that he would return our deposit and that I was a “terrible person”! All of this after literally spending less than two hours with me, including our initial consultation. I was shocked by his judgment and assault on my character.

Two weeks later, I called the office and spoke to the front desk assistant letting her know Allen communicated he would return our money. She said she would need to get approval from him and that she would speak to him.

We still have never received a corrected agreement NOR our returned money and it’s now SIX MONTHS LATER. Who’s the “terrible person”? I’m a struggling mom who takes care of our Autistic son 24/7...It took me two weeks worth of saving to earn that kind of money. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this law firm.

Allen B Aimar, and Pete Riddell were very nice to my family and I Allen took care of my case,and actually took the time to get to know me and my family, as well as my case... I felt very comfortable from the very first consultation up to the court dates. I was always kept up to speed with all of my court information, and if I had any questions or concerns and a lawyer was not present there was always someone that could assist me...
