At times when you cannot get ahold of Mina directly due to her busy schedule, you are always able to get a response or assistance from Rebecca, her assistant. They both make sure that you have all the information you need regarding your case and that you feel confident before proceeding. Which was vital to me. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
