Why 2 star? — Staff good — response good — nice to talk — but — I did not get interview call for almost 13 months for N-400 application which suppose to be happened in 2 months, I expect to get proper response without paying extra for process. I felt I paid almost $800 money to fill out application only plus application fees for other expense. Then finally I contacted USCIS directly and got interview call.
