This firm is EXTREMELY lasy. They will give you incorrect information and confirm via email it’s incorrect, but try to charge you for their mistakes. You can try to escalate to a managing attorney as I did, but they won’t return your calls and when they do they don’t have all the information, so they refer you back to the attorney who made the initial mistake.

On top of that they’ll take the mistake of another attorney over there’s because it’s easier for them. They don’t fight for their customers and they take the word of your creditors lawyers over actual facts and evidence.

Do not use! I see several comments about a certain attorney, wish I had him, and if Erin is the women at front desk, please she was horrible to me, we got into a full blown argument my 2nd visit. My attorney was Justin K, seems nice but our few interactions never said more than a few words, I asked valid questions, no answers, not even suggestions or help to find the answer. I have a legal benefit through my employer that I pay out of every check, I’m going to file a complaint. They did not include all my creditors and charging me to add. Will not return my phone call. I have had nothing but issues and rudeness. My advice don’t go for these lawyers still charging a 1,000.00 but u fk the work ur self pretty much. One attorney I went to actually pulled a bankruptcy credit report. If included money’s owed for housing everything! Cost wasn’t much more. I regret not using him. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I still have creditors to add if they give me issues, it’s going to be a problem. Haven’t heard back since the 341. My review to Hyatt is going to be horrible if I keep having issues. FRAUD! I was asking attorney at hearing did company for my car send affirmation told him I was surrendering and he put something else. If they don’t fix this I’m reporting him to the bar, and it’s on recording with the Trustee! Worst experience ever

They are great. They helped me a bunch during my bankruptcy.

I went to speak to this office about bankruptcy chapter 7 and he told me he wants $795 just for himself then later I would need to pay $335 for the bankruptcy. That's the highest quote I've received. I have no poperteries or objects at all and my case is super simple and he's taking advantage of people. I'd advise going elsewhere.

Justin Albright was my attorney through this very difficult time in my life. Never did I think I would ever have to claim bankruptcy, but that did happen to me this year. Hurt my case almost destroyed my chances don't use

I went in there on some paperwork i filled out online. The 2 receptionists were making jokes about me the entire time i was in the waiting room and when i left. The attorney i saw seemed pissed off that he was seeing me and acted extremely pompous. Thank god it wad free I will never hand money to any company they way I was treated there.

contacted Rauser and associates about filing bankruptcy I didn't need to.Mr Raucher helped me see other ways to solve my problem without going to court. He really helped me a lot i really appreciated what he did for me and I would recommend Rauser and associates to anyone.
I feel he helped me realize that there are other alternatives and helped me solve my problems.
