The monast law office have great people, they are willing to help every step of the way . They are very passionate about their clients. In my experience they are very helpful and wilma and Todd are the two I see most often and they are great to talk to they are caring people as well. Well 1st off my case started back in 2012 and needless to say I honestly feel like Jim genuinely cares about his clients. I know that sounds cliche but here it is 2017, 5 years later still fighting for me and driving all the way from Columbus to the industrial commission building near me in Fairborn !! Wilma is great and 90% of the time she always takes my call. I don't have much experience with lawyers and or claims against BWC but they have never given up on me, even when it looks like my case was going nowhere. I feel like finally we are coming close to an end and the treatment I need. It's been long and painful but they have helped me out. I'm so glad I met them because without them I may have never resolved this. I did have one negative, I hate when you call in, and they are like hang on let me see if she's here and ask who is calling , then put you on hold almost like they call screening, because why would it matter who is calling? Thats minor though and I'm still giving them 5stars!!!! I wish I could do more than just type this review for them to show them how much me and my family appreciate them!! Thanks a million Wilma and Jim please never change and keep doing you, honest people in the Lawyer field are hard to come by I hear !!

I felt comfortable from day 1 when I met with Ms Sams. The office atmosphere was very pleasant, and professional.
My case matter has not been resolved, nor finalized as of yet, but no matter what the outcome may be, I would refer anyone to the Monast Law office because of their promptness and professionalism!

Attorney Jim Monast is the best lawyer that I have ever been represented by. He has stuck by my side, getting through all of the problems that come with a Workers Compensation claim. From beginning to end, he has helped me get all that was coming to me. He even helped me with things that I had no idea was available for me. If you ever need to file for WC, do not ever go it alone, because you will not get approved for any medical procedures or payments that you truly deserve. Mr. Monast is very respected in the courts, so he is never ignored. It has been tough for me to not work. But because of Mr. Monast, at least I have not had to worry about medical care or financing. 3 years ago I hurt my back in a work accident. I was stuck in a red-tape nightmare. I was unable to get the treatment I needed or to support my family. From the very first time I spoke with Mr. Monast and his staff, I knew without any doubt I was going to be taken care of above and beyond anything I was hoping for at that time. I had never dealt with filing workman's compensation before, let alone, being strongly advised to get an attorney for security and legal purposes. I was inured on the job in March of 2015. With the extent of my injuries, I knew that surgery was going to eventually take place. I didn't have any clue about what I was entitled to while I was off and recovering. Without the help of Mr. Monast & his staff, I would have definitely been cheated out of all that I was supposed to have from my employer. Mr. Monast's legal assistant, Wilma, has been one of the greatest blessings in my life through everything. She has a heart and drive as big as the ocean. I have been a client since 2012. My company tried to not pay me the first two weeks I was off Jim fixed that with one phone call. Jim is a very personable lawyer. He talks to you not at you. Wilma his right hand is a bulldog when she hears your getting the run around. They are easy to stay in contact with by phone or email. They make sure you see the right medical people that are working for you not the system. I have not missed a workers comp check since 2013. I have never seen a bill or receiver a call about any medical bills. Love these guys.

My employer refused to take responsibility for my injuries. I was forced to work while injured. And then a friend referred me to Monast Law Office.

Monast Law was the easiest place to work with, from the time I made my first call to them. The people who answered the phones were extremely knowledgeable and were very helpful in answering my questions and also brought up things that I would not have thought about on my own. They would keep me informed about what was going on during the entire process.

They handled the entire claim process, leaving me with very little involvement. This saved me a lot of time to take care of other things I needed to do in my life.
