I just had a question and called SCott Schiffs office to get some guidance as to my issue. I must say that the conversation was very helpful and the staff members spent close to 45 minutes with me on the phone. They were very helpful and tried to explain the process and approach that I can take. No pressure which was refreshing. Very polite and not rude either, which is good in our society. I have some time to make up my mind and will discuss the issues with my doctor about any future pursuit of any issues. Very impressed with the help that this office provided to me. Will call them if I need there help in the future.

It's like a ambulance chasing style attorney's office... I don't think they fought hard enough... But that's the past... Sometimes you can probably get more out of the insurance company if you would just ask them for an amount that you think is fair...but if it's a injury that's going to take forever hospital visits doctor visits for years... You have to get attorney... Two years average till it gets settled

Once I had Schiff & Associates as my attorney, it was a rather seamless process. Every staff member from Attorneys to the Paralegals answered calls and emails in a timely manner. Lisa, Megan, Ryan and Terry were the team/associates I worked with. My settlement was on the highend for Fairfield County with my type of injury.
