Always like my experience with this specific department of public safety bureau motor vehicles. They are always decent and professional. the wait time is always pretty short.

Even by BMV standards, this place is slow. I have been here 15 minutes and the same two people are still at the counter. And the line is out the door! Phone calls should really be routed through a central number. That is a big part of what is slowing things down.

This place tried to make me spend 100 dollars for renewal. Make sure you bring your documents!!

This is only a stone's throw from my home so we went here to register a vehicle that we had purchased out of state. I had called before we went in to see what paperwork we would need to register and, even after we had gotten together all of the documents we were told we needed over the phone, the lady we got told us that we had to go to the title office first and she said she couldn't even do the vin check until we had taken care of the title. HOWEVER, on our way to the title office in another town because Fairborn no longer has one, I called the title office only to find out that they couldn't do anything with the title until we got the vin check. So we had to turn around and go back to the tag agency and a different lady did the vin check for us. After that, we decided to go to the tag agency in New Carlisle and they were able to do the title work and the registration for us at the same place. We will never go back to this location because every time we go there we have some kind of issue either as a result of lack of knowledge or because one of the ladies is too lazy to do what is required of her.

This is the absolute worst DMV I have ever been to and I've lived all over the USA.The staff are rude. They immediately try to tell you they can't help you before you can even explain what you need. They use any rules they can to avoid helping you. I will make the trip to the Beavercreek Office every time in the future to avoid dealing with this office.

I'm not sure I've ever had to wait in line at this location, so that's a huge plus! The staff has always been fast and courteous. Great, convenient location. Hassle free everytime

It's an average BMV that isn't too busy but not completely empty.

This location it's one of the few Ohio BMV locations that you can visit almost any time without having to wait in a long line it is one of the most efficient bmv's I have ever been to the staff at the BMV is very helpful and will help you every step of the way with anything you may need in regard to license registration driver's license Etc

It’s all a buddy system to who works there. Tara is good at wasting everyone’s time. Don’t apply here, unless you’re her friends or family. It’ll be a waste. Thank you and have a blessed day

So. Darn. Slow.

This place is small and customer service isn't bad at all. Seems pretty easy to get done here fairly quickly.

Put on hold for 8 minutes. They never took me off hold, but hung up.

Disregard earlier reviews claiming this office is less busy than others. 28 people in line upon arrival and only 8 chairs. However, there are three reasons why this location is great. First, as long as you are inside before the door is locked, you will receive service. 16 people in line at noon on a Saturday and they announced the door will be locked but everyone in line receives service. Secondly, the staff is friendly and lastly, the staff is knowledgeable and efficient.

Over the last 22 years I have been to the BMV in Clark, Madison, Clinton, Montgomery, & Greene Countries. Of all of them the one in Fairborn has always been the quickest and best!
