We would like to thank Daniel, Nathan, Jeff and staff for making our estate planning experience better than we could have imagined. It opened up the door to so many other possibilites in our lives and we are truly thankful. We feel more secure about our future and the future of our children.
I highly recommend them for all you’re family legal needs.
We had a few things to take care and some big things and are they are ALWAYS so easy to work with and understand our needs so well. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of getting their affairs in order. Will continue to use as needed. Excellent resource. Thank you!
My problem was that my mother-in-law was having a hard time qualifying for Medicaid given the poor preparation of a life estate property interest by another law firm, years before.
Dan put me in touch with folks at his firm, Mr. Nathan Simpson and Ms. Michelle Mason. They explained what they could do, my wife and I signed up, and they got to work. They were very receptive to ideas, but most importantly, they carried the ball to the end zone -- my mother-in-law would qualify for Medicaid well before she might have otherwise.
Now, in July/August of 2019, my mother-in-law has now qualified for Medicaid, in the process saving the residence and her assets.
Nathan and Michelle are a joy to work with. I think you will find them so, as well. Please don't stay on the sidelines, contact them today!
Nathan helped us get everything organized and prepared for Medicaid and long term estate planning. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and great to work with, but they communicate quickly and address all of my (many!) concerns and questions. Michelle and Trish have been so helpful and responsive. It is such a relief to know that all of the proper things are done to help my grandpa prepare for the future.
