I wrote a review about 10 days ago expressing my belief that this Law Firm was representing the trustees more than the client. Because at that time mr. Westside never spoke to my mother. Mysteriously after this review he called and said that he could no longer represent her because of the bad review and of us talkin to the trustees and the court. Although he kept her money and didn't refund any of that. In addition was found out that there was money left at his office that was supposed to be dispersed.
So I'll let you draw your own conclusions personally I think he was unethical dropping mom. And the mere fact that he couldn't take criticism.

Richard West's office made my process go very easy. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and in great detail and that is really appreciated when you don't know the process.

Not pleased with the information I was giving by both Matt and Richard. They gave me information that wasn't correct. Was told I was only able to file a chapter 13, but in fact I was able to file a chapter 7. They never told me It goes back 6 months from the date you file. Then when I called to talk to Matt, he act like it was my fault I wasn't aware of the law. He said, we don't ask that question until after retaining. Problem is, that question needs to be ask before. That's the whole point of "FREE CONSULTATION".

I would like to thank Rick West, Steven and all of the staff for all you did to help me from start to finish. Communication was always great on what to expect and quick in responses as well. I cant thank you all enough for everything. I would definitely recommend your law firm.

A scale of 10, Mr West's firm scores 11. They went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered quickly and I feel very comfortable with their representation.
