I had a really bad speeding ticket and I was researching to look for good attorney in town and I've had atleast 20 people recommended david chicarelli. I reached out the next day and he was super nice, professional and straight forward. Most of the conversation was over phone but I made a appointment to meet him in person and discuss what actually happened and he was able to provide the next steps and rest everything was just awesome and I made it through with what was least expected but he made it happen. He made everything go by very ease and especially office receptionists are very great with reminders and providing with required information. D. Chic has represented me very recently. Not for the first time, and assumably, not for the last time. Hopefully on better terms for any future adventures. Most recently I was gifted a D.U.I, alongside wreckless op, and failure to control. Obviously I called apon David and the Chicarelli law office to lead the way in the proceedings of my case. He was direct, thorough, and considerate in all aspects of my case. I plead guilty of the D.U.I, got a 3-day alcohol course, a severely reduced license suspention, crash and wreckless dropped, minimal fines, and probation.. Some may say, "Not overly impressive," until finding out that this was my second D.U.I in less than 3 years, along with 8 other vehicle related moving violations in the Fairborn, OH, Greene County area (115mph in a 65mph zone included, of which David also represented me, to the delight of a reduction to 80mph in a 65) an area with a zero tolerance policy on second alcohol related offenses, requiring jail time. I would and do recommend the Chicarelli Law office to everyone I encounter going through similar situations, and those going through other personal conflicts. In an unsecure future, it is good to know that I have a friend and professional in the industry that truly cares about justice and giving the proper litigation that is deserved for a price that is beyond reasonable.
