Great law firm. They work very hard to ensure clients are well-taken care of.

This may be the largest and most advertised law firm in Southwest Ohio. The blatant political affiliation - Democrat, as demonstrated by the pictures hanging in the lobby of the main office in Dayton - clouds the firm's ability to discretely represent all potential and accepted clients who darken their door equally. The customer service by the paralegal staff is outstanding from the front desk to the support personnel. The professional staff was curt, abrasive and unwilling to explain the law. The arrogance of the practicing attorney demonstrated during the visit left me feeling like an outsider to the law rather than part of it. It is a shame the practice has disintegrated to this low level of partisan, vitriolic practice after the retirement of Mr. Carmine Garafalo.

Very disappointed in this law firm. I had called them with a very good case of malpractice and they sent me a letter stating that they did not handle malpractice suits due to the cost. Now I see that Mann is advertising for them. I just now tried to do a Chat session and was knocked off before I could finish the details. I would not recommend them.

My attorney and Legal assistant were awesome. The insurance company was trying to get me to settle without evening paying my bills but they were able to make sure they were paid out of my settlement. The Tiger was definitely on my side and I highly recommend this firm.

This law firm sent private information of my client to the wrong place. I call them this morning and and the operator tells me that they do not represent the client, I gave DOB and she finds it, and in the middle of me speaking she just sends me right over to paralegal. She was so rude. To know that the TIGER has rude people answering the phones. Maybe the TIGER needs to give raises to his employee's so that they are not so stressed and rude to callers. Maybe the TIGER needs to do better screening when he hires. Well what ever the case may be, it is Friday and I refuse to let an overworked, underpaid employee stress me out. My attorney was kind and took a lot off of my plate while going after an insurance company after a bad accident. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for the best possible outcome. This was my first experience with an attorney, and if I ever need one again I know who I am calling.

This law firm totally failed to do anything for my sister and me. We had an open and shut case of total negligence against a really well known business for carbon monoxide poisoning and Dyer Garofalo Mann and Shultz law firm claimed it was a nuisance claim to quote them. It was very serious, my sister's cat died because of the neglect of this business and I went to the ER three times due to the carbon monoxide poisoning and my sister also went to the ER that same day. It also ruined our Christmas dinner, which was cooking in the oven at the time the carbon monoxide detector went off. I will never refer anyone, friend or enemy to this law firm, ever!!!!!!!!

We've all seen the ENDLESS commercials about this "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" and Doug Mann holding up all those "Letters from out of town firms," right? Well, I contacted this "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" for my case against Monsanto (RoundUp) because, well, after all, THEY'RE A "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM," right? The very first thing they did was ship my case to another firm in Pensacola, Florida (Certainly not MY "HOMETOWN"), and that firm promptly shipped me to ANOTHER law firm in one of four states (NOT ONE OF WHICH WAS OHIO). I was undergoing chemotherapy at the time and was not aware of the final "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" and thinking they were one of those "AMBULANCE CHASERS" that DGM&S talk about on their commercial, politely told them I had hired a "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM" so they cancelled the case - per my request! I found out today (January 7, 2019) that THAT WAS MY CASE AND IT HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED SINCE MAY 2018 BECAUSE I CANCELLED IT!!

GREAT job from a "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM!" And now, I get to start from scratch because of this "HOMETOWN LAW FIRM." Seems like - at best - false advertising, at worst - bait and switch - to me. Either way, I intend to find out. But I recommend you don't do what I did and trust them.

If you want to hire a bunch of incompetent fools congratulations, this is your company! I was involved in a bad car wreck , the person that hit me had a suspended license and talking on his cell phone while speeding at 80+ i went to the hospital and have permanent back and head injurys. The insurance company offered 12k to settle. They wanted more. I TOLD THEM To SETTLE, They didn't and we went to court. They said we can get double that easy. Passed me off to different lawyer every time we met, nobody knew my case. We won and I was awarded $300 I owe $1200 to them in hidden fees. Now I'm in Debt ,a totaled car, cancelled insurance and none of this was my fault.

They got me a REALLY nice settlement. I loved working with them. It was easy.

What the attorneys don’t disclose is that after they get paid Medicare and Humana get paid. Money is held in escrow for future medical bills from treatment for NonHodgkins Lymphoma

So unorganized. Made me feel worse about being disabled, offered no help, demanded I do their work, and tried to strong arm me into keeping them on my case. No thank you. Learn manners and how to act. Possibly try doing your job as well. Unbelievable, especially since I have 3 good friends that work there. But I didn't tell them that. I do believe DGM&S set high standard in your options but, my case was taking by your firm. I was in a auto accident 12-8-18 I was not kept up to date, and I had to call myself to check on my case.
Now in 6 days it will be 1 yr and they are no more closer in settling my case. I just may have to turn to BBB & channel 7 News.

Proper Service

It's been several months since they took my accident case. I'm stressed and If I want updates I have to call my paralegal...since they never call to update me.
Now I'm stressed over the persistent hospital phone calls wanting paid.

Pretty good lawfirm , except they don't keep you updated , you have to call yourself to find out how things are going. They should keep their clients updated and work harder for you.

Great Lawyers were a huge help after my motorcycle wreck.very friendly, and experienced.

I started my case with them after I was rear ended in a car accident. The person I met with initially, and gave all my information to, didn't do his job and/or follow up on any of the paperwork. It was several months of me leaving voicemails and emails for him with no response before I learned he was fired and someone new was working on my case. Needless to say, it's been a year, and I'm still waiting for my settlement.

Not a very good experience my daughter stuck her hand in a puppet at a thrift store and was stuck in the hand with a dirty syring!! She wasnt the only one whom this happened too either! So I decided I wanted justice when they couldn't even apologize or give any type of condolences ! So I contacted dyer,garofalo man and schultz. They immediately took the case. Fast forward 2 years later with minimal contact about what was happening. We ended up with a new attorney at the same office just he handles litigation for lawsuits. He pretty.much made me feel so hopeless and stupid for trying to seek justice for my daughter. He told me we more then likely wasnt going to win and that the lawyer not an insurance company offered an amount that's equivalent to a slap in the face. That's all that they feel the case is worth. After paying them (the tiger) and her medical Bill's the amount she will get is a joke. Is it about the money, NO! is there an easy or practical way to put a dollar amount on a situation like that, no! But as "the tiger" I would have expected a little better of a fight or motivation to handle her case more aggressively for justice sake! I pretty much felt like if I didn't choose what they offered I wouldn't have gotten to ask for better procedures on checking merchandise that comes in off the street. Or drug testing their employees. Or even now putting a box to dispose dirty needles (not my idea). And who knows if that's even what's gonna happen. I asked but haven't had a response to weather or not they are changing or putting fourth their best efforts to check items coming in off the streets.I just feel like it's a lose lose situation.my daughter still doesn't want to go to thrift stores. she wont be a kid and run over and pick up toys at a walmart believe it or not. She sticks right with me. As a child who has been through testing and had blood drawn several times. It's just not fair for a 7yr old to have went through that! Justice was not served ! I totally feel as if it was brushed under a rug! So finally just said whatever and went along with the amount and terms. Went to go sign documents and of course the woman said sign here and here and here. So I did. In just got a phone call that I signed in the wrong spot and now will have to have my husband sign the document after she finds out if a new release needs made up. So she said she will call me back in hmm...the lord only knows how long that will take. Just been a long disappointing experience to say the least.

They took my disability case, said they could help. Well that was months ago. Said they would write an appeal in my behalf. But quite frankly they have done nothing which includes returning any calls or giving me answers. Not even common curiosity to say they can not do anything or what not. Called 4 different people in disability department no call back. I sent a message via website and thought I was a new case then they called back left voicemail. So I return call left message cause no one ever answers, but explained you already have my case and arnt doing anything. Shocker no return call yet again, and bet I will never hear from them. Beware they are a joke and just want to waste your time. Not sure why they would take my case if they never planned on contacting me ever again.
