I would never go to this law firm, this man has no regard for human life.

Unethical and lacks compassion and human decency, and not in the sort of way that will result in huge cash settlements or eye popping judgments for his clients. Real low life.

This is why business people shouldn't be allowed into office or positions of power. They have no regard for human life and only wish to increase profit margins. "Picard seems to believe that EMS crews are working a bit too hard to stem the tide of overdoses". Are you kidding me? I'm highly disappointed to see someone who has been an elected official of government act in this way. I don't believe one person's life over another should be yours to decide whose is most important. Sick man.

But of course a rich lawyer would do double trouble acting as a government official, then suggest legislation that would put tax money in his back pocket.
Talk about a conflict of interest. MDs and DDSs should be the ones to pass legislation in the field of saving lives.
But no one ever said lawyers have souls, much less would even think of saving a life.

This man is advocating on how to reduce cost at the expence of human lives. EMS is for emergencies only, not for treating cancer patients or any other patients. Your argument is flawed and as an attorney you know it is. You were going people would be ignorant of that fact and take what you said at face value. May you never suffer the loss of a loved one to this dreaded disease.
