If I could give you no stars I would. Terrible company.. don't ever use them!!!

They wanted $250 so we sent it and had to fight to get someone to call and then they finally got us a lawyer but the price was still out of our financial range. The lawyer wouldn't take payments and they also have a recurring charge every month that I didn't know anything about. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This is a company is run by THIEVES! They take advantage of people who are in desperate need of help. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT READING THE CONTRACT BECAUSE I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME. I TRUSTED THEM when THEY TOLD ME MY INITIAL PAYMENT of $250 would go toward the LAWYER FEES then DISCOVERED it WAS A NON REFUNDABLE COMPANY FEE along with a MONTHLY FEE. THEY ARE VERY SLICK!
SO Be careful they will try to rush you through signing an online contract over the phone and NOT DISCLOSE to you that the $250 FEE is NON REFUNDABLE and they will NOT DISCLOSE that 7 DAYS LATER there will be a MONTHLY FEE of $39.99. They will OFFER a variety of SERVICES and ACCESS to LAWYERS. THEN AFTER YOU PAY, they WILL TELL YOU that there is a possibility THAT A LAWYER WONT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR COURT DATE. This will SET IN MOTION A NEED FOR A CONTINUANCE and MORE MONTHLY FEES of $39.99. WHEN YOU DISCOVER IT IS A BS COMPANY and TRY TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICES WITH THEM, THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN EMAIL ADDRESS to send your CANCELLATION to THAT IS NOT VALID. So SEND YOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IN AN EMAIL to the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE THEY APPOINT TO YOU and be sure to tell them the email to cancel services is invalid and that they need to pass your notice of cancellation onto the proper department. This will ensure that the company was notified and can be used for legal purposes if needed later. THEY HAVE PROVIDED NO SERVICES, AT ALL, FOR THE $250 THEY STOLE FROM ME! ANY HONEST PERSON or COMPANY WOULD REFUND THE MONEY, NOT KEEP IT! IT'S PLAIN THEFT AND I BELIEVE IN KARMA!

Don't use this 'service', signed up in July paid $250, spoke with Matt for an hour or so. Was told I would get a call from a lawyer within a couple weeks and never heard back from anyone. Followed up with Matt a few times with email and phone calls never got a response. They charged me the first month $39 and still never heard from anyone. It has been a month and I sent them an email to their billing department, never heard back from them. Going to have to cancel the account I used to pay them because who knows if they will actually cancel the account. This was a joke, do not sign up for this scam. Also going to file a complaint with BBB. I would leave a 0 star but that isn't an option. Waste of time and money.

They had no problem taking my retainer fee after that a lawyer was supposed to get back with me in 7 to 10 days and it was 20 some days still no phone calls, I kept trying 2 to 3 times a day no answer, finally when someone answered they say someone will call you right back but no they didn't.went on for another couple weeks, finally said I'm done messing with them so I'm out my retainers fee.

Had a miscommunication. Managers fixed problem. Fair company.

Had problems but they fixed it, and their managers where all over helping us out after the mix up!

I do not recommend this lack of service to anyone. I dealt with a "paralegal" named Ebony, she clearly lacked communication, wouldn't return phone calls, provided inaccurate information, sent me other people's personal information, she did not want to assist me when I asked a question, and told me to contact the courts. This Is A FRAUDULENT Service, I do not recommend to anyone. DO NOT waste your money. I actually wouldn't even give this service one star, but I had to in order to inform everyone and post this. BEWARE!

I was referred to Lawyer Information Services by a friend. I had a divorce with custody and they really helped me out. I won my case. I could not have asked for a better company to help me thru this hard time in my life. I could not tell them thank you enough.

I saw a promotion they had on Facebook about a month ago and they helped draft up the paperwork for my court date I had on Wednesday. They charged $750 and a $39.95 monthly fee while I used them. I was shocked on how quick they got the papers back to me. The court date worked out in my favor and I won my case. Thank you so much.

About 3 months ago I reached out to Lawyer Information Service and they assisted me with a custody issue had with my sons mom. They assisted me in completely the documents needed to get my rights set up. I was quoted $2500 from another attorney firm and Lawyer Information Service were able handle everything for $1000. I really appreciate their help and I am happy to say I got the custody I was searching for. Thank you..!!

I just recently had a terrible experience. I was charged $250.00 and promised a referral for a lawyer and get a 25% discount on fees. The lawyer I was sent to had never heard of this company and definitely was not interested in any 25% discount and we left..He wanted 10,000$. After three weeks of attempts to get a referral we were told " they were working on it" We ended up having to get another lawyer because they never produced any legal help? The judge gave us 21 days to retain an attorney and to No avail we had no other choice. They refused to give refunds on their contra t or personally but their contract doesn't say pay even if they don't give services rendered. In Illi is we call this a SCAM and I don't believe any of these positive Reviews. I believe this company writes them their selves. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust them. They prey on the ignorant.

I had a custody battle my ex fiance was dragging me through. I was strapped for cash and only had attorneys tell me 6 to 7 thousand dollars to help me. A friend of mine gave me the number to this company , and I was able to get the help i needed to keep my son. At first I was concerned with the time frame for my initial consultation which was about 7 days after, but after I spoke with Patricia she made sure everything was ok. I have another case coming up for a settlement and I will now know who to turn to.

They helped me get visitation with my grandchildren. I loved the attorney i had and saved alot of money in the end. My case worker was also very nice and made the process a little easier to understand. Definitely a service worth having.

This is a scam they take your money and then do nothing after several calls, none returned, I demanded 250 refunded "Steve called and said no refund policy. Will report to AMA. At least if yhou ask for a refund someone does call to give you the bad news.

After hiring this service ($250, over twice as much an ACTUAL attorney consultation costs). They will spend the next 2 weeks playing phone tag with you, which, does not stop them from charging your card their monthly service charge only days after you pay the initial fee.

When you call to try and hurry the process, because you are dealing with legal matters that are time sensitive. you will be met with an operator who is only allowed to answer easy questions. Asking a relivant question will enevitably get you put on hold for 7 to 10 minutes only to be met with "we are going to have a manager call you back".

After waiting for days to hear from someone who can actually help you. A man only referred to as "Steve" will call and offer a snarky appology and promise of a refund.

When you call for that refund, you will be met by Amanda Scott, who's only job is to deny you that refund, and argue with you on why it is acceptable for a service to charge you hundreds of dollars for something Google can do for free. ...She will literally argue with you.

I needed a lawyer to help with a parenting plan, I just wasted two weeks and $250 on these people. That is two more weeks I DONT GET TO SEE MY CHILDREN. And they will take your money to add insult to injury. Not just a bad company, an unethical one.
