David Brannon is Excellent!

I recently served as a juror for a three week medical malpractice trial. Mr. Dwight Brannon represented the plaintiff. His rambling and long winded presentation/questioning style frustrated and confused everyone involved and, in my opinion, needlessly prolonged the trail. Whereas the defense attorneys were organized in their questions and exhibits, Mr. Brannon seemed to ask questions in a meandering stream-of-consciousness style. He would go off on tangents and regularly re-ask questions multiple times. He just could not connect the dots in a logical manner that the jurors could follow. Moreover, while attacking defense witnesses, he on occasion failed to realize that points had been yielded that supported his case. His approach was simply to argue, attack and try to discredit defense witnesses, regardless of what was said. After the defense and plaintiffs rested and deliberations began, I was selected as the jury Foreman. Sadly, I was also the only juror who was able to see through the clutter and noise and vote in favor of the plaintiff. Despite my attempts to untangle the mess, all other jurors voted in favor of the defendant. I have no doubt that Mr. Brannon's poor performance in the courtroom was a major factor that cost his clients their case.

I worked with David Brannon on drafting a will and doing some estate related items. He was a fantastic lawyer who gave honest and good advice on the best way to handle my affairs. I would highly recommend him. I enjoyed having his as my attorney.

Doug Brannon quickly returned my phone call but once I told him there was a psychological component to my complaint , he could NOT help me....perhaps he's also in the pocket of Premier Health/Dealth Valley Hospital.....he did nothing but insult me...

I called to explained my case to Dwight Brannon, based on that information he told me to come in for an appt.

His tardiness was not an issue as much as him seeming to forget and dismiss our previous conversation where he said I should come in to discuss more. He walked in, I gave 20 sec spill to remind him of case, he asked what is it I want him to do because it will be $20k to retain his services.

Well the whole point was to determine what, if anything could be done and if nothing could be done he could have saved us both time wasted and let me know his dissinterest over the phone.

The secretary Debi is VERY rude, and actually told me that she was a lawyer. The "boss" was VERY rude himself. The only person that was polite & courteous was the receptionist MICHELLE. Thank you for your kindness MICHELLE. The arrogance from this firm was absolutely unbelievable!!!! Mr.Brannon (the father) told me that Debi was having a bad day. Debi wasn't having a bad day, she needs etiquette classes and so does Mr.Brannon!!!

Absolute joke...Handled a personal injury case for me. Did a grrrreat job...other than the fact my medical bills were NOT PAID! Not kidding. Found this out a few years later when a judgement was put on me for said bills and hurt my credit. Have went back and forth with his secretary for a year or more and she still cant tell me what happened...Meanwhile, they keep giving me the run around and trying to "figure it out" instead of just paying the 4k, figuring it out their damn self, and getting the judgement off of me. But nooooooo! Guess i will pay it myself and sue them for that plus all the extra interest i have paid on loans because of the ONE ding on my credit. Does anyone else find this ridiculous? Steer clear....Bet someone calls me back now! See how this works? This is my first action Alana. Next will be a lawyer
