Horrible and unprofessional Lawyer
He gives horrible advise, very rude and unprofessional, an obvious shark in the lawyer world, and does not care about you or your case nor does he act as if he does. I followed everything he told me too and he did nothing but set me up for failure. He was late to court dates, got my case mixed up with other cases on several occasions, very rude and unprofessional. He is not the lawyer I found online and given his 40 plus years of experience, you'd think he'd be able to hide the fact that he doesn't know what he is talking about. He back peddled on many occasions and situations involving my case than withdrew because after I brought up that he has back peddled several times and gotten my case mixed up with other client cases. When making payments, his card machine was down and unable to accept payment, but he yelled at me (ACTUALLY YELLED AT ME AND WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL) when it came to payment concerns. I mentioned I had tried to make payments but unable to due to his machine and was willing to mail checks, but it was not good enough for him not to mention he flew through my retainer fee due to his mistakes and poor memory.
