It has been at least 4 years and I continue to hear the same thing about my case. The resolution people have it and they are trying to get the best possible settlement for my lawsuit. I called almost a year ago and asked if I could speak with the attorney or one of the attorneys supposedly handling my case. My phone call was meant with hostility and even after I left my information, no one ever returned my call. I don't know if they're reading from the same script or not, but when you call they all tell you the same thing, like a prerecorded message. I guess my case will be resolved one day.

I am extremely suspicious of this firm ...it's been over 6 1/2 year since my case was settled and i have not received a penny...tonight i called and was on hold for over 30 minutes while they got someone who "handles" these cases...never answered so i hung up

I have become very suspicious of this firm holding clients money from class action lawsuits. The last written correspondence I received was almost 2 years ago and since then I have been told via phone it takes time to process any liens that the client may need to repay. The only update that can be given is they will let us know when anything changes. In addition they have no actual update on your case as to when your file was actually turned over to the resolution company or the last date your file was worked on by the resolution company. This seems unacceptable to me and I believe most would agree. I am left to speculate as to why a firm would send no updates to clients. I wonder how many others are left waiting and wondering like me.

Update: 5/2/2019 Settlement Check was received.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! They are smart, compassionate and totally dedicated to putting their clients needs first. You can count on them to fight tirelessly to get you the compensation you deserve. Hire them, you'll be glad you did.

I would definitely recommend this firm. On two separate instances, I needed legal help, one for a relative and one for a friend. Was immediately connected with attorney who graciously answered my questions. Connected with relative, arranged their calendar to be at the court date that was days away. Relative was not a nervous, attorney was respectful, and provided sound legal advice. Will definitely call this firm again.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE. I CALLED OVER AND OVER AND GOT NO RESPONSE.THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL BACK AND DIDN'T. WE GOT HIT FROM BEHIND SITTING AT A RED LIGHT BY 2 CARS AND NOW THEY SAYING WE DON'T HAVE A CLAIM 6 MONTHS LATER..... POOR PROFESSIONALISM.....I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING THEM AGAIN

I went to Wright and schulte a couple mounts ago because I need to get permission from Court to move my kids out of state. I filed pro se. At my first court date my ex husband counter filed wanting custody if I moved. I figured I now needed a lawyer. I retained Amanda Lantz from Wright and Schulte. She charged me $1000 retainer and said my case shouldn't go over that. She showed up to one Court date and had it continued without telling me she was going to continue. Then she said I was almost out of my retainer and I would have to pay more. I was going to continue on my own but she said for a flat fee of $1200 she would finish my case. The day I was supposed to pay I received a letter saying she is no longer with the firm. The firm refuses to honor the offer she made and said Amanda was still my attorney. Now I've got to go to court with no lawyer because she won't return calls or texts and Wright and Schulte said they were sending me my file. I contacted Mike Wright through Facebook and called his office. He has not responded. He had another attorney contact me to tell me they were sending my file. The was also $260 left from the retainer and Wright and Schulte and they told me there was nothing left and it was even. I feel I was completely scammed and left to fight on my own.
