Refused to see my real estate case because it was only over $500. Even though I understood the risk should I lose and offered to pay up front. Basically let me know that even if though my case was strong and contract clear he was to good to argue over such a small amount and I should just walk away and allow my money to be stolen.

Telling people up front the fees you will take will be nice, the Secretary never told me till the end.
