You are the absolute worst lawyer's office I've seen so far. My mother has been trying to contact you ALL week, starting last week actually.(Your website says you return calls in one business day. HA! JOKE!) Her and my grandmother came in there over the summer/fall and consulted with you about selling her property (since my grandmother is elderly and lives with my mother now) so she does not lose her Medicaid. Your consultation was fine, you explained everything that she needs to do with the life estate deed. She has had a buyer ready all week, FINALLY.. And you don't seem to know how to return phone calls. AND the realtor has to have the paperwork signed by 6PM tonight, or the contract with the realtor is void, and the only prospective buyer she has had is extremely frustrated; then its hard telling if/when it can be sold. My grandmother is 88 years old.. she would like to sell it sometime before she dies. Do the people that work for you not forward messages to you or what?? And low and behold we try to call you because the sale contract is ready to be e-signed through email literally right now, and you're closed. Absolutely unacceptable, and unprofessional!

I want to tell you how unprofessional this attorney is. He did my mother's will and there is a name error in it. I have called and left 16 messages for him to call me and he has not returned one call. The calls were made in a period of 4 months. I would never recommend him for any work due to this inability to call to correct this situation.
