Mr. Lisher had some problems in his office that he was unaware of and just came to light. I was one of the clients that got caught in the debacle, I just talked to him on the phone and he offered a full refund. I would give him another try. The situation could have happened to anyone.

I only paid $250 for this "attorney" to not handle my case. i jacked with him and his bogus answers/excuses for 2 years. Jeff Bate took care of it in 6 weeks.

Been trying to get a case resolved since August . . .

I feel badly about not posting this review sooner. I just heard that Mr. Lisher may be thinking about retiring soon, and I just couldn't let that happen without thanking him for all that he's done for my family. Even though he never charged us a dime, he has never hesitated to listen and give advice whenever possible. Be careful, Mr. Lisher! You might give lawyers a good name!

I can't begin to praise this man enough for his level of compassion and integrity in handling my case! When some things went awry — through no knowledge or fault of his own — technically and legally, he was not culpable or liable to me in any way; however, he bent over backwards trying to set things straight.

He even returned all of my money out of his own pocket based on my own records and my word alone when he could not find a record of ever having received any deposits from me. Not only did he return all my money and files, but he has continued to advise me from time to time without charge! Who does that these days?!?

I can say, without hesitation, that James Lisher is one of the most honorable and decent men I've ever known. He is a true gentleman whom I deeply respect and admire!

I paid this man 15000 dollars to fo absolutely nothing. This man in incompetent. He has health problems and will continue yoir case to the max due to his own health issues and then ask for more money becuase it is takinh so long. Do not hire this man! He is a joke!
