I highly recommend hiring Chris Gilley as your attorney!!

I hired Chris Gilley for to help me fight a contempt citation. I had valid reasons and proof to fight the contempt. During the consultation he told me he would help me and gave great advice and feedback. After, giving him $1,000 of my money I never heard from him again.

Three days before court his paralegal called me and told me he had another court date that same date. After, I had already asked if this date would be ok. He said it was fine and there wouldn’t be an issue.

They gave me another lawyer at the firm and I only spoke to him once for 7 min on the phone leas than 24 hours before the court date. He demanded more information and more proof that I had already delivered. I did all the work for them so there wouldn’t be a reason to charge me for work that I done.
We get to court and he wanted to make an agreement with my ex and his lawyer. I didn’t want to, I was pretty much forced to make an agreement. I never got anything I was promised and they charged me $150 for a 7 min phone call, $200 for another 10 min phone and one email. Then charged me over $275 for trail preparation. This is insane. They did nothing at all. Beware of the positive reviews, if you have a contempt citation don’t bother. I would of been better off fighting myself and save 100’s of dollars. They are liars and thieves.

Chris and his entire staff are extremely professional! They give you the truth about your case no matter what your situation is! Wether it’s good or bad! Most attorneys are out to just make the quick cash but Chris and his team actually care about their clients and have their backs! I will have this group fight for me any time!!!

Chris was very helpful and informative! He was kind and answered every question I had, they will tell you flat out what to expect and what he can possibly get done for you! Chris got my speeding ticket of 15mph over dismissed and I am eternally grateful for his effort and success on saving my license from getting any points! It means a lot especially because I’m a CDL holder and a speeding ticket like that can potentially ruin my career, so thanks a Million Chris!!

It's nice to see a lot of positive reviews on this law firm. I, unfortunately, did not have the same experience. I hired Bob Summerfield to help me with a case in Hancock County. I paid 1k down to have 3 continuances without any pulling of evidence. I was left with no return phone calls or emails & finally a notice of being dropped from my case 3 weeks before a trial date. I still do not know why this law firm never tried pulling the tape or why they stopped communication with me completely. They could not even respond to me in asking to receive my files to hire another attorney. I wasted 1k to continue a case I could have done myself.

Currently working on my case but is a absolute awesome attorney who know's the Law.

They was sometimes hard to contact. I had to accept they were busy also. They helped me with my case but could not afford to retain them to get my license back. But none the less thankful for their help.

He has been prepping for my case for over a year of delays and continuances. We FINALLY went to court this week. Chris was relentless with making sure I was heard and that the court knew I needed time with my kids and that being denied time with them was wrong. A witness I had and was denied by my previous lawyer to testify, he brought in. His line of questioning and her testimony destroyed their case. He, along with me, supports and promotes 50/50. He believes that kids should have both parents and made sure it was known.

If your kid(s) are being kept from you and your parental rights are obviously violated, GILLEY is for you. He is thorough. He makes you comfortable and relaxed (minus his bad jokes). My previous lawyer, WORTHLESS (and was named attorney of the year multiple times in her county). THANK YOU CHRIS GILLEY!!!! ATTORNEY OF A LIFETIME ANYWHERE!!!
