I settled a debt with this company for 2000.00 to be paid within 60 days. My original debt was 1200.00 and it was from 2008. Upon paying my last payment, Jeff the account manager at the firm became very rude and unprofessional on the phone. He stated,” Once we are done, I will fax you over a credit card authorization form to sign?” I was confused considering I have given the company 1500.00 already and have yet to sign anything! I’m highly upset at this point .. Why I’m I signing credit card receipts 30 days after you have the money! .. He then stated I wouldn’t get my release and became very rude and overtalked me! The lines are recorded, and someone in higher power needs to address his behavior, it’s completely uncalled for! ....I will be calling to speak with Tina tomorrow, as Jeff has yet to fax over any documents to me! ... Pretty sad law firm! You need to hire better representatives, especially when you having willing citizens who aren’t dodging you to make payments!

Harassment. Have called me a few times and keep asking for money which I do not have because they know I went on social security disability. They said they did not know that I was on social security, but, when I went too court I should them I was. How convenient they do not know. This time they tried to get me too ask family and friends for money trying to record me saying i will see what I can do. I have no friends or family to count on. Talking to me like I am child. I am a veteran and this trick too get me too confirm a payment that I clearly can not provide is harresement. Leave me alone!

This company is horrible on a customer service level and business level. I tried to pay off a debt but didn't want to settle due to interest. I have never seen a business not close a debt for interest. I hope more people don't spend money with these people, they do not have any customer service training or empathy.

Very unprofessional they have held my money for 2months now due to an accidental over payment and they r yet to send me a check or give my money back.

These people are extremely unprofessional and rude. Guess I can understand why their business practice is starred so low. If I could give a 0 I would. Better business bureau should get their hands on this awful practice. If you make any deals get in writing to hold them to what was said please don’t make same mistake I did. I have expressed my situation and patient for several weeks still no response when I called for update I was told things don’t happen at the snap of a finger. Not sure what kind of company allows anyone to give feedback as such. Please avoid them at all cost. If any could assist on next steps so business is handled professionally would be greatly appreciated

Dan and his team are awesome. We have been using them for about 2 years to handle all of our legal and collection issues for our real estate company. They are fair, practical and effective. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for solid real estate counsel.
